"The hotel location is Ok.. Family friendly.. Staff are exceptionally helpful and good.. But the hotel is Run down.. The room we were allocated..did not have hotwater fro 4 days out of 5 days we stayed... But the staff did bring in buckets of water for our need.. Not ideal..there is no shuttle from the hotel to anywhere... Their lift is down and have to climb lots of steps.. Their kitchen is not operational..so no food at the hotel ..but there are good eating places around within20 mins walking distance.. Although not ideal.. OK. Special mention to staff.. Amir, Azeem and Dewi...they are very good and helpful."

"Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde, hyvä sijainti (vain 200 m Jermanin rannalta, kaikenlaisten ravintoloiden ja lähikauppojen keskellä) ja erittäin avulias henkilökunta. Olin myös erittäin onnekas saadessani kulmahuoneen, joka oli erittäin hiljainen ja jossa oli mukava king size -vuode (vaikka se onkin vain standard/superior-huone). Hotellissa on puhdas uima-allas ja pieni kuntosali. Buffet-aamiainen on erittäin hyvä (kolmen hengen hotellille)."
