衞生非常差,浴室,浴盆肉眼可見污漬,環境還可以,沒有什麼設施,服務人員交流困難

Симпатичный отель в центре. Улицы забиты машинами, пробки... А заходишь на территорию и тишина... Красивая территория, нормальный бассейн. Завтрак обычный. В целом отель рекомендую, нам понравился!

蟲子多到嚇人;門是那種奇怪的左右滑動似的,感覺是陽台,不是門。燈光也昏暗的看不清;插頭位置也不好,簡直了……

Die Lage in Ubud ist unschlagbar. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Man ist etwas abseits der Straße und hat einen wunderschönen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind okay und es ist sauber. Es fehlt jedoch an allen weiteren Annehmlichkeiten. Es war kein Fön vorhanden, es gibt keine Regenschirme, der Fernseh hat nicht funktioniert. In Summe war das dann doch etwas viel. Außerdem soll das exklusive Doppelzimmer demnächst renoviert werden, da das Dach undicht ist. In der Nacht hat es stark geregnet und dadurch ist etwas Wasser ins Zimmer gekommen. Und es liegt auf Poollevel und man hat dadurch direkten Zugang zum Pool. Um Udud zu erkunden und für ein paar Tage ist es okay. Frühstück ist okay.

Everything is fine, clean, spacious, no smell, the shower is new and working. There is a balcony with a good view. The only thing I didn’t get was breakfast, I just paid for it, there was nothing, there wasn’t even rice 😅And salad, it should be a shame

Beautiful place, my friend recommend it to me. Not far from the centre of Ubud, nice pool at hotel, laundry. Firstly I stayed on the first floor then I moved to 3 floor and there is more private and amazing view. Recommend this place

This was a lovely guest house hotel and excellent value for money. Great location off the Main street in Ubud meaning it was quiet and peaceful, but easy walking distance. The room was clean and the pool was lovely and refreshing. The staff were friendly and breakfast was brought to the room.

The reception staff were helpful on arrival and took us to our first floor room! The beds were comfy we had brought our own sleeping bag type liners so used those as the bedding appeared quite heavy. Mosquito nets & fridge provided and AC too! The bathroom had a stepping stone floor with loose pebbles around them. This looked good but was difficult to navigate particularly in the dark, also I worried about the hygiene as the shower drained around the pebbles. The ventilation grids in the bathroom had deteriorated allowing a gecko to keep making an appearance! The bath, basin and toilet all needed a good clean! The toilet also had a water leak. The pool area was good, clean pool, lots of comfy loungers and nice environment. I enjoyed the banana pancake breakfast delivered to the room balcony. Other options available. Overall a pleasant stay. With upgraded bathrooms it could rate higher, Overall good vfm.

Great option if you want to stay in central ubud. Walking distance to main places. The place is simple but clean. The pool is great. The best thing was that it felt peaceful while outside is chaos. Our hosts were lovely and always willing to help. Great option if you are on a budget

バスタオル以外何もなかった。ドライヤーがないのは不便だったので下調べは大切。 1階の部屋だったのですが、鍵が閉めにくく、隙間がかなりあり、虫は入りたい放題だった。 スタッフは皆感じが良かった。

I love this place! I stayed here for nearly 1 month during my yoga teacher training. I loved the breakfast delivered right to your room, every morning. The staff were friendly & accommodating. The pool is lovely. I came back 2 years later again!

Ett väldigt bra boende. Rent och snyggt. Det tog ett litet tag innan vi förstod systemet att ta sig runt. Men det var enkelt att beställa en vespataxi på GRAB.

The staff made our stay a pleasant time. Price and location were very convenience. It would be better if a little refrigerator and/or a oven was installed in the room.

My sister and I arrived here early morning having booked a few nights stay. We arrived around 8am, obviously too early for check in, so we simply told them staff who we were and showed them our booking, had some breakfast there and left our luggage with them whilst we went out for the day. We came back a few hours later to get some belongings and the staff told us our room would be ready in a few hours, which was fine with us as we were going back out. We eventually returned around 6.30pm ready to be shown to our room, when a staff member asked if we had a reservation (the same staff members had been there all day). We said that we did which has already been confirmed multiple times and asked if there was a problem, to which we were told that everything was fine and we would be taken to our room, which we then were. We unpacked and then my sister left for a sunset hike, whilst I decided to sleep after a long day. I was then woken by repeated knocking on the sliding doors. I got out of bed to find two staff members on our balcony area, telling me that we needed to vacate the room as it was booked by a couple. I honestly though they were joking at first as we had arrived so early that morning and had numerous conversations with them throughout the day about our room etc. They said that our booking showed as “cancelled” on their system and as such, another booking had been made so we needed to leave, DESPITE us showing them our booking confirmation and ACTIVE booking when we arrived around 10 hours earlier. I had to phone my sister to come back and help me try to sort this which ruined her plans for the evening and caused us both a great amount of stress. The female manager then came out and began raising her voice at us, saying that we needed to get out of the room now because there was a couple waiting to get in it. She refused to listen to the fact that we had shown our booking to multiple staff members throughout the day and no one had said anything about our booking being cancelled, only saying that the staff were new and made mistakes. I asked why on earth we would have turned up at 8am and waited all day to get into our room if we thought our booking was cancelled? It was clearly a mess up on their end, which she was taking no accountability for. She got more irate as time went on and was shouting at both my sister and I which was very embarrassing for us, especially given that we had done nothing wrong. We had no choice but to leave the room but I made it clear at this point that I would be leaving a review about this. As we were leaving, I suggested that at the very least, she arrange us a taxi to take us to the new accommodation we had just had to book which was a 5 minute drive away. She told me that their driver was busy. I asked her to order us one using the ‘grab’ app which she didn’t want to do as she would have to pay for it, despite the journey being so short. She said that if she got us a taxi, then we were not t
