Being located on a tropical island and surrounded by lush gardens, there is always possibility of encountering mosquitoes, especially on the balcony or if doors are left open. To ensure our guest's comfort, we provide mosquito nets for both the sofa lounge and the bed, and mosquitoes spray is available in all of our rooms. Our team takes great care in looking after all our guests to ensure they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Regarding breakfast, our a la carte style is designed to offer privacy and personalized choice for everyone. It is accurate that one of our Housekeeping staff visited your room for turndown service in the evening. He knocked on the door three times; however, there was no response, so he opened the door to check if you were in the room. He apologized for any inconvenience may have caused, but he was following our procedures. Our Operations Manager also met with you the following day to explain the situation.We recognize that our beautiful resort may not be the perfect fit for everyone, despite the positive feedback and glowing professional reviews we frequently receive.
