BLUE LEISURE - C is a cozy 2 BR, with sleeping for 6 with a queen bedroom, small twin bunk room and queen pullout sofa. Everything is new including the fully equipped kitchen, furnishings and linens. It also has a large, fenced, private patio. Less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, you’ll enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront sightseeing as well as fishing and beaches just a short car ride away! In addition, there is a small second bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds. In the bunk room, we have provided a small cabinet for folded clothes as well as a fold down bar for hanging clothes. Both bedrooms have a television. The family room has a queen size pullout sofa as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and it also has a dishwasher. We provide both a drip coffee maker (filters are provided) and a Keurig coffee maker (initial supply of pods are provided). A small high top table (when pulled away from the wall and the leaves extended) allows for 4 people to eat a meal together. There is a private, fenced area with a large covered table and 5 chairs as well as a grill. There is parking for 2 cars. Please park on the right side of the driveway facing the building. A shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. The code to the door is 6789. We have brand new washer & Dryers in the suite as well. As for the bathrooms we a tub shower and full shower! The suite is full WiFi with at&t. We have made sure everting in the “OB” is done to fullest for you to enjoy your stay with us! There is street parking all around downtown which is 3 hour parking limit 8 am - 8pm. There are designated free parking a couple blocks away. There is a golf shuttle that can take you around town which is right out the front where they park at the circle. There is also a water taxi that you can take to see why Stuart is one of the top destinations for boating! I am available any time! Downtown Stuart As you walk around the beautiful walkways of downtown Stuart, views both natural and historic surround you. Originally built in the 1880s and 1890s, the main streets of downtown Stuart are home to buildings of true old Florida character and charm. Built upon the remains of Stuart’s first railroad stop, the history and the determination of Florida’s pioneers shows through in the personality and style of the buildings. Cast through old Florida oaks and banyan trees, a walk down the main streets of Flagler Avenue and Osceola Street has the vibe of the small, quaint, and coastal town originally founded upon pineapple plantations and railroads. We took the opportunity for pictures and admiration of the architecture and history preserved in the beautiful buildings. Extending behind all of downtown’s main area is a boardwalk over the St. Lucie River, where one can spot dolphins, fish, and oysters. After a meal of downtown’s delicacies and a day of shopping, the Riverwalk is the perfect place to wind down after a day of excitement. A wonderful spot for a stroll, we timed it perfectly to see the sunset over the water, a view that is unsurpassed in beauty. On Sundays from 1-4 in the afternoon, a local concert rocks the Riverwalk with a different band each week. Seating is free, and vendors provide quick snacks while meals at one of historic downtown’s restaurants is always only a step away. Lit up at night, the Roosevelt Bridge stands over historic downtown and the river as the moon stands over the sea. The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. ENSUITE BEDROOM: -QUEEN bed w/ a new hybrid memory foam pillow top mattress -Individual nightstands with reading lamps and USB charging stations -Dresser, Walk-In Closet and attached Ensuite Full Bath (shower, toilet, &           vanity). -There is also a dedicated workspace (desk) for those looking for an at           home office! The house has several smart home features; including smart locks/keyless entry, an easy to use NEST thermostat, and a Ring Doorbell Camera (this camera is for security only. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house). The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have! We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated.
