There is plenty of space to spread out with the 4 counter seats, dining table that seats up to 8, and a large living room with couch, love seat, recliner, and daybed. The main outdoor space is the deck off of the dining room overlooking the ski slopes that has a table with seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is very well appointed with all the tools you need to make a home cooked meal or manage take out from one of the nearby (and amazing) restaurants.Wintergreen property owners and their guests can enjoy two swimming pools during the summer; Chestnut Springs on the mountain and Rodes Farm in the valley. The two pools are in well-landscaped settings and have playgrounds for children. Since it can be cool on the mountain even in the summer, the Chestnut Springs pool is heated. Rodes Farm has a park with picnic tables, a pond, a joint pickleball and tennis court, and horseshoes. The summer pool hours for these facilities are typically 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day.Note that the The Aquatics & Fitness Center is only open to members and is not included in your stay.
