Cozy large bedroom, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. Smart TV with Netflix access. Small fridge with freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. No kitchen. Plates, cups, glasses, and silverware are included. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee filters, and sugar. There are linens for the bed and one set of bath towels but please bring your own beach towels.We have one double bike, three regular bikes, a kayak for two people, and a stand-up paddleboard. These are shared among guests from two other apartments. We don't have direct access to the water. However, we're a two-minute walk to the Albemarle Sound access, and a boardwalk makes it perfect for a sunset stroll. We're about a ten-minute walk to the ocean. There's a distant view of the ocean from the bathroom and closet windows Bedroom faces the sound but the water view is blocked by trees. Please note that the studio is located on the 2nd floor via outdoor stairs. This comfortable 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach home is centrally located in the desirable Outer Banks. The unique location allows for scenic views of the ocean and golf course. You can catch the sunrise over the sea from the large back deck, pool area, and living room. After a relaxing day at the beach or exploring all of what the island has to offer, come home to take in the beautiful sunset vistas over the fairway. Only a short 2 min. drive/6 min. bike ride to the beach.This home offers two zero-step entries on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a double bed, a full bathroom, and the garage/entertainment area which includes a TV, washer, dryer, and 2 additional refrigerators. The garage and the downstairs bedroom have their own doors leading to the back porch and pool with optional heat.Once inside the home, a short stairway will lead you to the main living area where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room divides the sleeping quarters. On one side of the living area, you will find the Master Ensuite which includes a large walk-in closet, King bed, and dresser. On the other side, two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone. One of these bedrooms has its own access to the front deck and the other allows room for some outdoor privacy with its own screened porch. Whether it be a remodel job or new construction, the benefits to this project are the use of leftover building materials, resulting in less forest destruction, filling of landfills, all while cutting expenses for all involved!The WIE House is small in physical size, but big in quality of living.
