The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding.- We love doggos, but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit and charge a $75 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :) - Please no pets on the furniture or the beds, as this helps our cleaning team minimize extra time spent. - Please make sure to look over the yard and pick up after your pet's droppings.- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft; we hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and the linens. - Please, no shoes on the carpet or within the home; there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products. - If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard, etc. Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside. - Please be courteous with your noise level; we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful. - If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't. - NO SMOKING, we have an exterior covered area for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out. -During the Fall and winter months, there is a chance of power outages. The water eventually will go out since we are on a well system. However, we have water jugs to accommodate.
