Breck was an Ivy League educated man who dug out the basement to add the two bedrooms and bath and laundry as his family grew. Nick Patrick, a local native, added much to the charm of the house before it returned to the Moran family. It was purchased by Ann Simpson from Betsy Moran Sartou in April of 2015.
