"Really great location for Lake Powell. Pools are nice - there are two - with one hot tub that’s not functioning very well. 10/10 for the Lake Powell view from the common area. It’s however a bit rundown… rooms are clean, but they are very dated and need proper maintenance. Being in the middle of the desert area also means wildlife in the room - I was faced with a highly venomous bark scorpion in the room. Asked the receptionist, yet it turned out no one could help… If you aren’t brave enough, maybe best to avoid. The room had a marina view. But that wasn’t what I hoped for - I was looking for a room with a lake view. Maybe better listing is needed."

"A very lovely stay. Huge clean rooms with large and comfortable king bed, separate living room area, microwave and coffee machine in the room. There is a 24hour tea coffee making station at the lobby as well with takeaway paper cups. Breakfast was simple but good, including waffles, bagels, toasts, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, sauces and spread. Hot drinks and juices were served."

"Good place to stay the night and good location as it is only 1 hour away from Grand Canyon South Rim! The Inn has a good amenities with indoor pool and gym. Check-in and check-out were seamless and staffs are attentive. The room was clean and well-maintained. however, the bedsheet and duvet is questionable as I noticed that they are slightly dirty. Breakfast spreads were adequate with good variation. Overall, a good experience to stay the night before or after visiting Grand Canyon!"

"I did not know that the entire hotel was pet-friendly or I would not have stayed there due to my allergies. It was not clearly posted online. I did not know there was a $150 hotel deposit when I arrived. I had already paid the room before I got there. The location was a bit overwhelming as the hotel is behind a gas station, bar, and fast food drive through. The hotel was partially under construction and part of the parking lot was closed. This made it challenging for customers to find parking. The room itself was clean, new and spacious. I did not know breakfast was not included even though there was coffee in the lobby."

"An ordinary hotel, nothing particularly special, but overall it matches the price you pay. The facilities and services are quite basic, yet reasonable for the budget. It’s a decent option if you’re simply looking for a place to stay."

"First, the positive: 1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. 2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging. 3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs. 4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened. 5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly. 6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room. 7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity. Now, the negative: 1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. 2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno. 3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent. 4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up. Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night. "
