Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

The chic design and prime location put you within walking distance of the seaside promenade and shopping districts. **Service was a standout**—the valet parking was a lifesaver in the busy city. Breakfast had limited options but featured fresh local cheeses and decent coffee. That said, **prices are slightly higher than neighboring hotels**, making it better suited for travelers prioritizing style. A minor hiccup occurred on the first night when our room suddenly lost power, and switching rooms took some time, though the staff promptly upgraded us as compensation. If you can overlook these glitches, it’s a stylish base for exploring Izmir!

I was surprised by the hostel. I loved the decor; it feels super homey. The people who work there are very friendly. I loved the garden. It's very close to the train station and downtown.

Beautiful boutique hotel set right in the marketplace... took awhile to find this oasis and it was a delight! The courtyard was a quaint dining area and we got to witness a beautiful wedding and a live band. Made the experience extra special. The room is not entirely soundproof if you are sensitive to sound.

The hotel is located in the center - in the heart of Izmir. Many different Turkish cafes around. Not far from the market. Before you check-in you should verify the actual details and size of your room. In our case what was in the picture on Trip.com was not exactly the reality. When we asked why we booked 20m3 double room and were given a small one of 14m3 they started explaining that the system booked automatically..., we have two types..., you should have told us you need the bigger one etc. Very funny and weak excuses. Otherwise the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is ok, the location is nice. By the way - parking is just along the road next to the hotel - it is a normal way of parking in many places in Türkiye.

Mitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits. Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest. The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything. The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night. The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.
