"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The highlight of the property is definitely the pool and the customer service . The infinity pool overlooking the water and surrounding landscape was absolutely stunning — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. It truly felt like a luxury experience. The location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The food was very good, with a great selection and quality, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay with beautiful views, great amenities, and excellent service. I would happily return!"

"This is my second time staying here. Its former name was Zuric Inn back then which confused some of the drivers from the airport to another property closed to its former name. And it‘s still the best location in town and the best value for money. What I love about this place are as follows. Location: Conveniently located at the heart of the town proper. Surrounded by different business for your convenience. Cleanliness: From the room to its common areas, it‘s always clean and fresh. Sleep Quality: Although it is located at the heart of the town proper, our room was silent, helping you to catch that peaceful sleep at anytime. Staffs: They‘re very friendly and helpful. Just don‘t mind the owner, never seen him him smiled during my stay. He was always frowning but nonetheless he‘s cute! Facilities: The entire property is equipped with a high speed wifi, I did not experience a dead spot anywhere in common areas, even in our room. Hot and cold water is provided for everyone with free use of their cups. I will definitely come back here next year."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. However, the room was quite small, which might be a downside for guests with larger luggage or those staying longer. Breakfast was simple with limited choices, but still tasty and satisfying. A good option for a short and comfortable stay."

"Great experience overall! The hotel had amazing views, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful yet convenient location. They made it easy to book island tours and arranged smooth transportation to and from the airport. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked well. Would definitely come back! There is a rooftop restaurant and bar that offers variety of food that you would definitely look forward to!"

"The hotel location is lovely and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The boats transporting guests to and from the town were always punctual and they were willing to take us very early in the morning when we checked out, free of charge. The staff are very nice and helpful, but I get the feeling they're each doing about two people's jobs. The restaurant isn't very good. Half the menu wasn't available and the food quality was average, with the exception of the squid (when they finally restocked it). Coffee is terrible. Also, they advertise happy hour, but when we wanted to order cocktails, we were told that there was no barman on duty and we could only have beers. The facilities need an urgent upgrade. The rooms are fine, but from the outside, it resembles a dormitory or, to be morbid, a mental institution. Also, they advertise snorkeling, but we were advised against going in the water and the pool has very chairs next to it. Not sure if we'll book again."

"location is perfect just few block for a market and walking distance to the marina we're the boats for excursion is dock and load. The hotel accomodations is just basic small bed low and very thin mattress, pillow and blanket is excellent soft, water supply is abundant although electricity us intermitent on and off, our aircondition unit has been affected that doesn't giving cold air glad it was just out last night. pool is beautiful and cleaned , food for breakfast is superb better and giid quality selection. the staff are very polite and respectful, very helpful and get job done as much as possible, they pack a sandwich breakfast for us as we have early trip to El Nido that was very nice if rhem. The water supply is not drinkable so they provide bottled water and you can ask for a refill. They will give you a welcome drink of a fruit drink. This is really a good location, my only dislike is the bed, as it's very small when they say twin bed it is a twin bed, other than that it's ok. Yes its more pricey compare to the sorrounding hotel but the food and pool are the best."

"I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and effortless. I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, check-in was seamless, and my bags were taken straight to my room which made the arrival feel extra special. The room itself was spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised with welcome chocolates and brownies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was fully equipped with everything you’d need: bottled water, a hairdryer, toiletries, a coffee station, and a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for purchase. It felt comfortable and well-prepared for guests. One thing that really impressed me was the laundry service. They had my clothes washed and returned within three hours, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. The pool area is absolutely stunning and very clean. They have three restaurants on site, which gives great variety. I ordered poolside nachos with a carrot and apple drink and it was delicious. Breakfast is a proper buffet, leaning toward a full English-style spread with plenty of options. That said, I do think the bathroom could use a bit of attention. Water leaked through the shower door when showering, the shower head could benefit from a deep clean, and I noticed a few drain flies. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s an area that could definitely be improved. I also experienced a small issue at checkout. They were unable to provide change when I was settling my bill, which delayed things. There were only two staff members assisting with checkout, and although I was scheduled to leave at 6:00am with a breakfast pack, I only managed to leave at 6:30am and unfortunately without the breakfast. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. With a little more attention to bathroom maintenance and smoother early-morning checkout coordination, it would be close to perfect. I would still happily return."

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, and the whole place had a peaceful, relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind. One highlight was when my phone accidentally got soaked — I asked the staff if they had rice to help dry it out, and they immediately gave me some without hesitation. That small act of kindness really made a difference and showed how attentive and helpful they are. Highly recommended if you're looking for a chill, worry-free getaway in Coron!"
