Loved the design and the view. Every room has a balcony. Overall it’s a nice hotel but we came during the low season so probably hence the lack of amenities. The wifi didn’t work even though the owner tried hard to solve it, for the breakfast I got a small cup of instant coffee watered down beyond belief, the pillows if you take of the pillowcase are so dirty that I was about to throw up. And it’s not that we usually stay at fancy hotels but we weren’t lucky with this one.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and 7 days, and it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff were extremely kind and even carried our heavy suitcases for us. On the day of our Mardi Himal trek, they safely stored our luggage, and we stayed here again after descending. They also prepared a packed breakfast in advance for our early trekking day, which we really appreciated. The hotel owner is on-site every day, so whenever we needed something, it was taken care of immediately. The hotel also managed everything for us, including hiring a porter for the Mardi Himal trek and booking taxis, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. All the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. If I come back again, I would definitely stay here again.

Se on helppo kävellä etäisyydellä järven puolelle mutta tarpeeksi kaukana, että et kuule yöklubista, kun haluat nukkua yöllä. Sänkyt ovat mukavia ja huone on hyvin suunniteltu. Professionalismi on 10/10 turvallisuusvartijasta ravintola-tarhailijoihin vastaanottomiehelle Roseenalle. Kaikki vain menivät pois tieltä. Ruoka oli hyvä (Minulla oli kanan tandori), hotellilla on todellinen hyvä esteettisen uima-allas ja järven näköala. Sijainti on hyvä (ATM lähellä). Huoneet ovat puhtaat ja puhdas. Lämmin vesi juoksi hienosti. Sänky oli pehmeä. Elävä musiikki ravintolassa. Suuri vartijakoira (kultainen retriever). Viimeinen päivä toiminta juoksi ajan myötä ja he jopa antoivat minun tarkistaa hieman myöhemmin ilmoittamalla heille aamulla. Iso aamiainen buffet, joka myös juoksee melko varhain, joten pystyi saamaan sen molemmat päivät. Heillä on oma lentokenttä myös, joka oli kustannustehokas ja helposti järjestetty. Hyvin paljon jokainen laatikko lippu. Olisi erittäin suositeltavaa, jos olet vierailemassa alueen ja olen varmasti takaisin, kun käyn Pokhara uudelleen.

Despite the initial check-in issues, during which I was asked to sign a blank guest form, the hotel staff has been excellent. Every time you enter or exit, the staff greets you, which is somewhat surprising. The rooms are functional, clean, and tidy. Although the hotel appears outdated, after staying in trekking tea houses, I would much prefer to be here. Breakfast was delicious. Strangely enough, I had a buffet one day and à la carte the next. The location is fantastic—I was able to do my laundry, get a haircut, and rent a scooter, all on the same street. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Phewa Lake, with an abundance of eateries nearby. I am giving four stars due to the check-in process.

The hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

Their professionalism and friendliness create an atmosphere that feels personal rather than transactional. Breakfast is another highlight, with a satisfying selection of fresh and flavorful options that cater to different tastes. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring or relaxing by the lake. Overall, Dahlia Boutique Hotel delivers comfort, charm, and heartfelt service in an unbeatable location. For anyone visiting Pokhara, it offers excellent value and a stay that feels both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a cozy, well-located boutique experience.

I returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues.  If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful.  The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).   Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized. In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and friendly service.
