"The hotel room was comfortable. Didn’t really have any amenities available but there are shops and supermarket close by to be able to get some. The shower in my room was very weak for the water coming out and there was not much hot water so the water was not warm at all for showering. Bathroom was spacious and so was the room tho. Overall an ok place to stay for a short time."

"Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the ”concierge” (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time."

El personal de mantenimiento, limpieza y cafetería es de 10, quizás en recepción fueron algo más fríos y tampoco comprendo muy bien la política de invitados, no puede venir nadie a visitarte pasando más allá de la recepción. La alberca es genial, las camas y la ubicación."

"坎昆必做3件事，1，免費班車T4-T2-T3；2，在T2對面過了草坪加油站的銀行換匯，19.20，後來在市區19.30；3，找到ADO巴士，140到ADO巴士總站，這裡是坎昆的東直門交通樞紐！ 這家酒店在ADO總站附近，大馬路邊上，步行可到，吃了一個玉米餅23塊比索，1刀吧！周邊有大超市，安全，為了第二天去機場方便，其實多慮了，酒店區也不遠，酒店邊上的XO便利店前面就是R1，50分鐘直接到Playa Delfines，12比索車票，類似三亞客運總站到海棠灣！海水蔚藍，晚霞粉紅，墨西哥不知道哪特別像泰國，旅遊區基本上跟北美差不多，一個牛肉漢堡15刀，本地人吃一盤中餐蓋澆飯，也超過多150比索，7.5刀，跟費城唐人街差不多，一個水煮牛肉480比索，24刀，比瑞典斯德哥爾摩都貴，坎昆是美加冬季的旅遊飛地！"

"We had an excellent experience at Sina suites. Great customer service at reception. Abigail was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically answered our questions about how to make the most of our experience in Cancun. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main road where you can either walk to the hotel zone or take a bus. The area is full of coconut trees and other plants which makes the area feel like a sanctuary. Of course, there are a few bugs outside and the occasional one that may get in. Sometimes you’ll also see some lizards in the area too which is cool. The food is more reasonably priced compared to other options in the hotel zone as well."

"Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy."

"Мне было очень комфортно в отеле, я останавливалась на 5 дней. Огромную помощь при заселении оказала Фернанда, очень профессиональная и дружелюбная девушка, делает все для гостей. Вообще, все сотрудники ресепшн очень любезны, спасибо им! В номере есть все, кровью удобная, кондиционер работает отлично. Нужно иметь ввиду, что отель 2 звезды, в номера нет холодильника и цена и это нормально. Расположен так, что вы легко дойдеье до торгового центра в городе и до пляжей в Zona Hotelera. Автобусная остановка расположена далеко, однако если вы остановитесь на светофоре прямо около выхода из отеля, автобус обязательно заберёт вас. До пляжа ехать 7-15 минут. Надо знать, что одна из сторон здания отеля выходит на дорогу, где людям с чувствительным слухом, может быть шумно. Однако этот вопрос всегда можно решить с ресепшн, вторая сторона отеля очень тихая. Преимущество городского отеля - в 200 метрах от отеля по направлению к торговому центру есть домашнее кафе, где до 16-30 вы можете очень вкусно поесть суп и основное блюдо за 150-190 песо😍"

"The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes."

"Buen hotel. Repetiríamos. Desayuno buffet incluido (básico pero no está mal). No hay agua gratis pero sí te dan como una especie de agua/jugo verde con fruta y verdura. Habitación todo bien. Cerca de ADO y centro. Se puede ir andando."
