"I reached hotel around 2pm and the staff was nice to let me check in early. GS25 convenience store just right beside the hotel, it's super convenient if you hungry at midnight. Hotel provides washing machine but there's no dryer fuction with it (there was hanging racks in rooms and balcony, you can drying clothes by using the racks provided-is free or choose to go to level 2 self service laundry shop- definitely have to pay)."

"The view is beautiful, right by the sea, and the room is clean. However, if you have an early flight, it’s a good idea to book a taxi in advance, as it’s very quiet in the morning. It’s very close to the airport, the travel time is no more than 20 minutes."

"This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again"

"可能飯店剛開始經營不久，訂房時發現地圖標示位置跟地址明顯有落差，聯繫客服詢問也一直鬼打牆，說離永宗站只有610公尺，但在naver以地址查明明就距離5公里，根本走不到。問入住的方式也沒有答案，一樓也沒有標示，只有另一家blue ocean的，後來繞了好幾圈才看到小小的指示牌，check in後告知房間是在對面棟，又風塵僕僕提著大包小包到對面，建築本身很新，硬體還行，但廁所有味道明明是新房子😂清潔上面有看到幾根頭髮，沒有提供牙刷牙膏，附近有CU，餐廳也很多不愁沒地方果腹，從永宗站坐計程車大約12分鐘，韓幣8000上下，從機場叫車過來也大約10000左右而已，適合需要趕飛機或是很晚抵達的住客，因為需要換錢坐車去明洞計程車大約45000，供參考。"

"The family studio was super small with very little room to walk past the beds. We ended up storing our bags in the patio area and closet since space was already super limited. However, the check in process (kiosk) was the easiest I've ever experienced. You can even add your license plate for parking while checking in. I did interact with a front desk rep once and she was kind/helpful. Though we could have used more towels and weren't sure how to request them without front desk staff. The room was super clean and the entire property is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and shops. Getting into Seoul was a bit challenging and took about 2 hours using public transportation so keep this in mind. However, if you plan to stay in the Incheon area, it's a nice spot. I wish we had a higher floor but otherwise it was a good stay."

"En voi sanoa paljon muuta, koska saapuimme hyvin myöhään ja meidän täytyy lähteä aamulla lentokentälle. Tein tarkastuksen, ja sai sarkastisen kommentin vastaanottaja koska saapuimme klo 1:00. Kun saimme huoneessa, halusimme pyytää vastaanottaja varata taksin meille, ja missä oli etäisyys AC, mutta hän ei ollut vastaanotto, ja ei ottanut puhelin joko .... - Emme olleet molemmilla tavoilla. Joten joutui ottamaan julkisen liikenteen , joka ei ole kovin mukava. Oli pakko kävellä 20/25min jälkeen bussilla pysähtyminen kaikki matkatavarat. Kuitenkin aamulla oli helppo varata Uber."
