"Amazing Hotel very clean and the staff are super friendly, they serve a very good breakfast included in the room price, the amenities are good and comfortable. Location is very near to the railway station and bus station only 5 min walking which is perfect to visit Venice and enjoy the charm of the city."

"Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport."

"The stay was amazing and the view from the room was incredible. The stuff were friendly and welcoming making the stay feel like home. The hotel location is near to the waterbus station where it is easy to access to the main island."

"酒店是今年新開的，房間很新很乾凈，還有一個陽台可以採光。房間裏面提供了飲用水和拖鞋，這倆東西在歐洲的酒店裡麪可不常見，大多數酒店都不給。 老闆是中國人，非常熱情好客，隔壁的川菜館和旅店是一家的，味道很不錯。我入住期間都是在那裡吃的飯，很實惠而且老闆還給打了折。臨走那天我的火車是下午五點，用完晚飯後老闆讓我就坐在飯店裡等就好，還送了一杯咖啡。真的非常熱情非常讓人感動。 酒店的位置極好，火車站出來30米就到，來威尼斯旅遊住在大陸是絕對合適的，島上不僅貴房子也都很老。而且在威尼斯旅遊如果買通票的話是包含來回大陸和主島的火車的。 總體來講這家酒店真的非常好，尤其是對於中國遊客來説，堪稱賓至如歸！"

"Κεντρική τοποθεσία κοντά σε αξιόλογα καφέ, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά. Διακριτικά βενετσιάνικη διακόσμηση , προσεγμένα προϊόντα μπάνιου, extra αποστειρωμένες κουβέρτες στη ντουλάπα, θέα από το παράθυρό μας στο Campanile . Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση στη ρεσεψιόν όταν ζητήσαμε να ανοίξουν και το καλοριφέρ του μπάνιου για να έχουμε ζέστη καθώς και για δωμάτιο προσβάσιμο με ανελκυστήρα. Πρόσβαση στο ξενοδοχείο είτε με τα πόδια είτε μέσω του καναλιού. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα!"

"Very nice old palace with classic style interiors.  Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch. The afternoon tea time in the afternoon is complimentary but unfortunately I have never tried it Rooms: Big rooms (at least mine), big bathroom, very comfortable bed."

"We chose this hotel because it is not so far from the Venice airport and we had an early flight. The hotel staff arranged a transfer for us at 4 in the morning. We got there in time. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. Beds are okay. simple room but we were okay with that. Breakfast was good with muesli, yogurt, croissants, bread etc. and with fresh seasonal fruit. We stayed 2 nights. All in all, we had a decent stay there."

"My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross."
