"Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport."

"Amazing Hotel very clean and the staff are super friendly, they serve a very good breakfast included in the room price, the amenities are good and comfortable. Location is very near to the railway station and bus station only 5 min walking which is perfect to visit Venice and enjoy the charm of the city."

"酒店是今年新開的，房間很新很乾凈，還有一個陽台可以採光。房間裏面提供了飲用水和拖鞋，這倆東西在歐洲的酒店裡麪可不常見，大多數酒店都不給。 老闆是中國人，非常熱情好客，隔壁的川菜館和旅店是一家的，味道很不錯。我入住期間都是在那裡吃的飯，很實惠而且老闆還給打了折。臨走那天我的火車是下午五點，用完晚飯後老闆讓我就坐在飯店裡等就好，還送了一杯咖啡。真的非常熱情非常讓人感動。 酒店的位置極好，火車站出來30米就到，來威尼斯旅遊住在大陸是絕對合適的，島上不僅貴房子也都很老。而且在威尼斯旅遊如果買通票的話是包含來回大陸和主島的火車的。 總體來講這家酒店真的非常好，尤其是對於中國遊客來説，堪稱賓至如歸！"

"The hotel is in a perfect location where you can get lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s easy to get there from the terminal without ups and downs the bridges. Our room has a balcony facing the river and you can see the boats passing by from time to time. The hotel also gave us a wine as a gift when we arrived which is very sweet! There is also a cute cat from the neighbour visiting us throughout the stay."

They advertised in trip.com writing we just pay 3 Euro at property, but when we arrived the hotel , they want collect with us 4 Euro per person for tourist tax which is same price with what they advertised.we was trying raise this issue to them and say them the trip.com app as proof , they are just don’t care , ignoring and they say you can just raise refund or discuss with trip.com. They are trying to push away responsibility to platform."

"Our time in Venice was made extra special because of this accommodation. We were very kindly upgraded to a superior room so we had a giant bed, a small seating area and THREE big windows facing the canal! Matteo from reception was brilliant and gave us lots of recommendations for our trip. It was close to lots of good eateries as well as water bus stations which made our day trip to Murano easy."

KKelly酒店是四星裏面比較高的標準，訂的是loft 房間，一家三口住得很舒服。早餐的標準也很高，麪包蛋糕芝士火腿水果的選擇都很多，服務也很好。但因為第一次去威尼斯，不知道出租車不能直接到酒店，提着行李上橋過橋走了1.2公里，非常累。走的時候知道可以坐船，大家要計劃好啊。

❤❤️travellingMy flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

JJean Zimmermann qimengranMaantieteellinen sijainti on paras! Huoneen koristelu on vanha, mutta asuminen on hyvin mukava. Aja itse autoa hotellille ja järjestä pysäköintipalvelu ja lähetä pysäköintipaikka takaisin hotelliin. Hyvin matka, kalliita. Hotelli ei ole selvä, kun se lähetetään, pysäköintimaksu ei sisällä 220 euroa hintaan! Myös vieraita kannattaa lähettää ”taksi”. Lähtöäessä on hieman pettymys, maksaa korkeat hinnat, mutta tuntee hotellin olevan hieman halpaa... Tietenkin Venetsian kaikkea on kalliita, mutta tuntee hotellin tarjoavan paremman palvelun! Kokonaistilaa voi edetä! - Seuraavaksi menemme Venetsiaan.

JJoy WoniI arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭 And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

RRip RipWonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat. Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast. The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel. Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

SSusanunikWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service. This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell). We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots. Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

Les chambres sont ensuite probablement très variables, les deux testées (bellavista suite avec vue sur le grand Canal et suite Canaletto, dans le bâtiment adjacent), étaient spacieuses, agréablement meublées, même si parfois avec des choix un peu particuliers dans la rénovation sur le plan pratique. Mais tout cela a énormément de charme, ce à quoi contribue l’équipe, très sympathique et professionnelle. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.
