It is composed of:- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, coffee machines and everything you need for the first necessities upon arrival;- Living room with comfortable sofa and dining area with large table- a double bedroom with a single mattress, one with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and one with 3 single beds (or 1 double and 1 single). We also have a cot and a cot with bars, two high chairs and games for all ages. The bedrooms have a desk.The two bathrooms are new and complete with shower and window. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided.The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture that offers comfortable relaxation, and the balcony is furnished for breakfast. It is equipped with the safety tools required by law. Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the owner who will show you the house and the characteristics of the place. an identity document is required for all guests.We offer free parking in front of the house (or in the courtyard), 2 bicycles for adults and 2 bicycles for children (6 years).Particular attention is paid to the cleaning and disinfection of the rooms and furnishings.Nearby there are attractions for adults (swimming pools, golf, rowing, zip line, excursions) and for children (water park, climbing structures, Alpyland, Zip line).
