Hefei Hotels with Parvekkeita

Wonderful, friendly service! Crystal Orange never disappoints, but Hefei's friendly service was the cherry on the top. The staff were full of smiles, very respectful and also helped with our luggage. The amenities in the room were extensive and of good quality. This room just missed a full length mirror and some hooks to hang towels, but was otherwise perfect. Breakfast was good enough, and food deliveries came directly to the room via the robot. I am now staying at another nearby hotel that is an ”international brand” and I can say that Crystal Orange Hefei far exceeds it in quality, service and overall class. Well done to the staff at the Crystal Orange Hefei.

I've recently stayed at this beautiful hotel it was my first time in Hefei, and even though I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese there was no issue thanks to the amazing staff there. They were very patient while using translation apps to communicate with and they took really good care of me. They even helped with many personal issues and showed me the way around the town. I felt very welcomed and safe with them. They even personally drove me to the airport to get my lost luggage. I want to mention especially 苡荷, one of the receptionists there, she made sure that I didn't skip my meals and that I'm comfortable and she was really friendly with me, I felt really at ease. And no matter how many personal requests I made she never hesitated to offer help and to solve all my problems. I had an amazing experience at Atour hotel, it's very clean, very comfortable and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back there in the future. If anyone is thinking about where to stay in Hefei this is the perfect place. You will never feel homesick! I felt at home at this incredible hotel!

Hotelli on avattu tänä vuonna, laitokset ovat hyvin uudet ja oven sulkeminen on väistämättä hieman koristeltu, mutta ikkuna on hirviö, mutta ei ole asennettuna ovensulkua, mutta hotelli on myös varustettu ilmanpuhdistuslaitteet, jotka voivat avata toimintansa. Lounas-illallinen on hyvä maku ja hinta on hyvä, joten ruoka ei ole ongelma. Hotelli on monenlainen tapahtuma, joka on järjestetty vieraille. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

這個酒店，它是位於小區內部，挺安靜的一個房間，然後佈置他們店家都是很用心的在佈置，有抽油煙機，小冰箱，衣櫃，居家用品很齊全。 設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下就是小區的周邊肖，理髮的，吃飯的都很便利。 店家小哥也比較細緻，怕我找不着圖文並茂的給我描述了酒店的位置。就是忘了拍照了 ٩（๑′0`๑）۶

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

先説一下整體印象吧，主要是可以體驗農村生活，內部面積很大，阡陌交通，溝渠縱橫，雞鴨鵝狗羊馬都有，各種活動有20多項。整體服務也是很熱情的，雖然大部分服務員是大爺大媽，但是能看出來是發自真心的熱情，而不是那種五星級酒店虛假的寒暄。可以看出來整個民宿和一些硬件設施的投入也是比較大的，也是經過了一些設計，在溝渠旁邊建築的環境都還不錯，一些細節上設計的非常用心。然後內部環境非常好，也可以在周圍轉一轉，拍照很出片，下雪或春天花開的時候應該更漂亮，飯店裡麪的飯菜也很食材很新鮮。但也有需要改進的地方，一是這個房間的房型設計很好，有觀景平台，但房間隔音比較差，還有就是衞生間和客廳在一起有反味的現象。床的床墊也不是很好，特別是那個榻榻米的非常差。洗漱間也沒有個鏡子。二是這個房間的價格1300多確實比較貴，在合肥周邊算是相當貴的了，總體感覺性價比不是很高，但這個就是見仁見智了。還有晚餐的價格也是非常高，一個蔬菜要五六十，雖然這個菜還是比較新鮮的，但是價格確實高。早餐的品種也比較少，好歹要有個豆漿，飲料，麪條什麼的吧。總之吧，我還是給個五星好評，感謝餐廳服務員贈送的米酒、煙花，還有給我們放在閲覽室放的電影。

It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.
