I highly recommend the Emerald Lake Hotel in Hefei! Our stay during our wedding anniversary was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible service provided by the manager, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire hotel team. From the very beginning, Sun Xue Fei went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and special experience. They even added me on WeChat to help with communication, offering translation services to make everything seamless. The room was beautifully decorated to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, with thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. We were especially grateful for their quick response to our last-minute request for a cot for our 2-year-old son. Originally, we hadn’t planned for him to join us, but since we couldn’t find a nanny, the hotel accommodated us wonderfully with the cot, making the stay even more comfortable. We are so thankful for their personalized service and for making our anniversary so memorable. Emerald Lake Hotel truly exemplifies hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Sun Xue Fei, and the entire team, for making this occasion unforgettable!

There is no shower cabin. It is hard to take shower and impossible to use toilet after the shower. And the place is brand new! The cleanless is not great. There were hairs on the toilet ground, I had to remove them myself… Also the room cleaning is not 10/10.

Lounas-illallinen on hyvä maku ja hinta on hyvä, joten ruoka ei ole ongelma. Hotelli on monenlainen tapahtuma, joka on järjestetty vieraille. Joka aamuna on kahdeksan näytettä ja käsityötä, voit nähdä, että hotelli on vielä viettänyt paljon ajatuksia.Hotellilla on uima-altaat, vaikka se onkin ohi, on vielä turisteja, jotka pelaavat korttia uimaan. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything is of good quality. Their communication is exceptional! Everyone is super friendly, the breakfast lady is so cute and helpful! The food is delicious and varied and with a panoramic window! In the room, everytime I would lay down on the mattress and the pillows a choir of angels would sing in harmony with happiness 😍 so fluffy! So comfortable. Seriously one of the comfyest beds I've ever slept. I thought it was going to be far from swan lake and the pedestrian street, but there's another pedestrian street right outside the door with really yummy food! And the park nearby is even more beautiful! There's a hill to see the sunset! I completely recommend it. It's not close from a metro station so in terms of transportation it lacks a bit. But still completely worth the extra Didi for that room! :) note that when I arrived they put me in a room that was VERY noisy. There was a construction right outside the window. But then I complained and they exchanged me for my silent retreat of cozy sleep.

這個酒店，它是位於小區內部，挺安靜的一個房間，然後佈置他們店家都是很用心的在佈置，有抽油煙機，小冰箱，衣櫃，居家用品很齊全。 設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下就是小區的周邊肖，理髮的，吃飯的都很便利。 店家小哥也比較細緻，怕我找不着圖文並茂的給我描述了酒店的位置。就是忘了拍照了 ٩（๑′0`๑）۶

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.
