設施方面，酒店提供了齊全的設備，滿足日常需求，還貼心地準備了早餐。雖説早餐樣式不多，但味道尚可，為新一天開啟活力。
然而，酒店的衞生狀況不盡人意。洗手枱和馬桶上有灰塵，浴室地漏裏還殘留頭髮，這讓我心裏不太舒服。希望酒店能重視衞生清潔，加強管理，及時整改。

"作為廣西浩坤湖的首站體驗，這家2024年新開業的民宿確實刷新了我對“小而美”的認知。雖處淡季且周邊選擇有限，但入住後發現它絕對是區域內的品質擔當——老闆的用心藏在每個細節裏，從湖畔下午茶到全景大床房，都能感受到“把家安在山水間”的鬆弛感。不過作為追求完美的住客，我也想坦誠分享一些優化建議，希望能助力這家寶藏民宿更上一層樓：

● 景觀與空間：90°全景觀湖房名不虛傳！50㎡的空間通透大氣，2米特大床+湖景落地窗，清晨被陽光和湖波叫醒的體驗無可替代。
● 服務温度：管家全程貼心在線，從接駁到行程建議都細緻周到，能感受到服務的熱情，有訴求也是儘可能滿足。
待優化細節
1. 安全與動線：房間內衞生間區域和浴缸區抬高形成兩階落差，夜間容易易絆腳（尤其手機黨），建議加裝防滑條或感應燈帶，畢竟如果發生事故客人追責糟心的還是民宿老闆；
2. 空間規劃：開放式衞浴雖顯通透，但自建房管道難免有異味（敏感鼻實測有輕微反味），建議強化排風或做物理隔斷；
3. 燈光設計：床頭燈亮度單一，夜間起夜找開關不便，若增加感應夜燈或可調光模式會更友好；

"Stayed at Vienna Hotel in Baise this time, and overall it’s a pretty solid stay, all the basics you need and nothing major to complain about!
First off, the hotel is situated inside a food wholesale/trade building—which is a little weird, especially the entrance area, it just feels out of place with the whole wholesale food vibe around it, but that’s just a small odd detail and doesn’t affect the stay at all. A quick note on the floors: Vienna only occupies the 16th and 17th floors of the building, I stayed on the 16th floor, and the room space was surprisingly spacious—definitely a plus for the room size! The hotel was fully renovated in 2024, super new, no old/worn-out vibes at all.
Facilities are all complete and standard, everything you need for a comfortable stay is right there: hair dryer, disposable toothbrushes, cups, teapot, complimentary bottled water—all the essential toiletries and room amenities are provided, zero missing items. The bed linen is really good quality too, soft and clean, slept great here, no complaints on the bedding front at all.
The elevators are good: two elevators total, and they’re super fast, no long waiting time even during peak hours, that’s such a relief for a hotel that only has 2 floors for guest rooms. Downstairs there’s a free parking lot—super convenient if you drive, big win for travelers with cars.
A couple of minor downsides/things to mention: the hotel has a laundry room, but it only has 3 machines total—way too few for a hotel, and I didn’t get a clear look if they’re washers only or washer-dryers combo, just felt the quantity is a bit lacking for sure. Also, the breakfast is outsourced, not the hotel’s own in-house kitchen/catering—so it’s not the classic Vienna hotel breakfast spread, just a simple outside catering one, nothing fancy but it’s edible.
The little nice extras that make the stay better: the hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful, great service attitude overall. And there are two cool convenient touches here—robot delivery for takeouts (no need to go down to pick up your food, the robot brings it right to your room door!) plus a vending machine on site that sells all kinds of daily necessities: nail clippers, small personal care products for ladies and men, power banks, you name it—literally every little essential you might forget to pack, it’s all there, so thoughtful and handy."

"第一次來百色入住這的體驗真超差。本來凌晨高速下來訂的家庭房，結果發現整棟樓都不怎麼通風，房間一股潮味，屋頂都是簡陋的鐵皮，旁邊隨便做了裝飾遮擋，房間小飛蟲不少，窗户不通風還很大的油漆味，無奈找前台補了30元差價換了另外一間loft房。洗手間一樣沒有門，洗浴也沒有門，根本不適合多人一室，帶娃更加不合適。衞生情況更差，洗浴地板發黃，房間樓頂更噁心，成片的蜘蛛網就正對床頂，樓下浴缸裏也有蜘蛛爬。如果孩子睡樓上的床圍很不安全，樓下的中央空調不給力根本吹不上去，睡樓上熱到飛起，被子真有點臟還是冬天的厚度，上牀板硬得不行，商家配了風扇簡直是打臉操作，樓上的床可以説做個擺拍而已。整體衞生標準連普通賓館都不如。全家人帶着防蚊水和風油精硬着頭皮睡了一晚，暑假帶娃過來簡直是花錢受罪。店裡的wifi沒有一個可以連上的，晚上暴雨天樓頂特別吵叮叮咚咚的，窗台還滲水。難得的地方是這裡有免費地下停車場，還有前台小妹妹確實態度很好工作很負責，這個是值得點讚的。"

We found the room to be comfortable, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was attentive and helped us with whatever we needed, such as more water bottles.
The view from our balcony was excellent. We used the drying rack to air our towels out.
We don't have a car so we ate at the hotel restaurant and found the food to be quite good. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food.
Our favorite dinner dish was the Tea Fragrant Tofu, 茶香豆腐。火麻野菜汤 Hemp Wild Vegetable Soup was also quite good. The local vegetables were a joy to eat.
There were extensive walkways all around the property to get fresh air and exercise. The farm was truly organic and full of life. There were many varieties of butterflies and birds to be seen.
Our driver who is a local let us know this region has many elderly who live to an old age. I can see why as this area has excellent qualities.

作為去浩坤湖的中轉地，我選擇了凌雲縣，看評價説這家是縣政府招待賓館就知道不會差，重點是0差評！果然不出所料，酒店環境特別好，還有個後山早上起來可以爬一爬，衞生條件作為縣城賓館已經很好了，早飯豐富，看着也衞生。凌雲縣給我體驗感挺不錯的，下次還要去。

There is nothing blatantly wrong with the hotel except I do not think I was treated fairly. When I reserved the room a month again, I put in a special request for higher floor. I understand the request is not a guarantee, but when someone else checking in before me with the same type of room, asked for higher floor and got a room, while I had requested that for a month and yet my request could not be granted? That can only mean one thing: they never check your special request nor do they bother to take note of it! If that is the attitude of the hotel, it only implies that they act as if they care, but they don't. To me, I may never choose to stay in Vienna anymore.

Yun Man Man is the BEST HOTEL in Jingxi! Super good service by the staff especially 小麻, she's so dedicated and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are awesome! We booked 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. The rooms are so cosy, clean and comfortable. The teppanyaki set meal we had was delicious and well prepared by the chef. All the staff here served their guests with heart ❤️ Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jingxi. We'll definitely be back again!

We had such a wonderful experience. Our family was looked after and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was simple but delicious and afternoon tea was lovely after a busy day. We were a family for four and our children also enjoyed the hotel. We were also able to do clothes washing while we were here.The location was central and very close to Ancient town and many food options. I would highly recommend staying here, well appointed rooms, clean and excellent service.

靖西長豐國際大酒店，地理位置十分優越。交通方便，從酒店出發，驅車前往錦綉古鎮僅需5分鐘左右，出行極為便捷。
酒店整體裝修風格時尚簡約，融合了輕奢與略帶田園風的設計，讓人一進入便感到放鬆與舒適。
特別感謝樑小姐和王先生的周到安排，為我們預留了高樓層房間，視野開闊，景緻宜人，安靜舒適。入住期間，雖然兩次遇到馬桶的故障，但前台跟進服務響應都非常的及時和迅速，細節之處體現出專業與用心。
希望酒店之後能加強硬件的檢查和保養，平時多一點維護，入住時體驗才會更愉快。
下次來靖西仍會選擇這家酒店

這是我們出遊的第一個客棧，衞生感覺很好，在一樓也很乾凈，就是前台不夠熱情，我們去到了有幾個人在一樓喝茶聊天，問他們也不見人應聲。不過最好就是他這個酒店有早餐吃，而且是非常豐富的早餐，就這樣感覺很值了。聽説晚上還有篝火晚會，可惜我們去的時候下雨，所以那天晚上沒有。對面的客棧拍照很出片哦！

A beautiful homestay in a gorgeous location.
The owner and his family are very nice and helpful, and will help you even if you have problems outside of the property.
The hotelroom is clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is consistently warm/hot and the view is beautiful.
There is also an electric scooter available for use within the scenic area, that makes exploring it a lot easier.
I would advise to stay in the area for more than one day, as there is a lot to see and explore.
