"Meillä oli hämmästyttävä oleskelu tässä hotellissa. Meille korostettiin poikkeuksellista palvelua, jota meillä oli, toisin kuin muualla, äärimmäisen huomiota minkään pienin pyyntö. Paikka on hämmästyttävä suuria huoneita, jotka ovat hyvin puhtaita, hämmästyttävä näkymät ja äärettömyys uima-allas. Ruoka on hinta Sri Lankan mutta on todella hyvä. Vain haitat ovat sijainti, joka vaatii 20 min tuktuk Haputale kaupunki, ja huoneessamme WC/suihkualue ja makuuhuonealue jaettiin seinä, joka ei mene kaikkea kattoon, jonka löysimme kauheasti."

"Tämä oli pahin oleskelu, jonka olen koskaan ollut. Päätin Dariassa ja löin. Keittiö oli paska ja ruoka oli todella huono. Kukaan ei koskaan pitäisi mennä tähän paikkaan. Tämä paikka ei ole kuin kuvassa. He maksavat todella korkean maksun, mutta he eivät edes ole vastuussa siitä, mitä he maksavat. He eivät edes vaihda sängyn peitteitä tai korvaa pyyhkeitä."

"Yksi kauneimmista paikkoista, joita meillä oli kolmen ja puoli viikon matkan aikana Sri Lankassa. Isot huoneet kunnollisia suihkuja ja mukavia sänkyjä. Upea näköala. Erittäin ystävällinen ja apukas henkilöstö ja makuinen ateria. Alas oli se sijaitsee jossain etäisyydellä Ella ja viimeiset 15 minuuttia on vaikea tehdä ilman 4 pyörä ajoa tai tuktuk. Joten se on ihana paikka, jos haluat jäädä kauniissa paikassa kaikki ylellisyys ja palvelu haluat. Jos haluat nauttia Ellasta ja se on liiketoimintaa ja viihdettä, tämä ei ole sinun paikkasi."

Aloft Grand Hotel Ella

"Very bad experience I had in my travel life. Such a bad hotel. No water. No food. Staff do not speak. I had to speak to the Aloft Grand owner to get some water into room. Cleanliness NIL. Beds are awful. See the vet mages I attached. Insects all over. Cannot keep the doors open. Cats are coming inside the room. No locks in the bathroom doors. Cannot even give a one star rating to this hotel."

"One of the best places on earth I hu been to. From the time u step in till the end of your stay the love and care the staff share is so amazing. Everyone is so caring to your needs. Ajith is funny and very knowledgeable about everything. He has so many stories to share Lalith takes care of the Food and Beverages side. Best attitude he carries around.. Isuru is there to help with any adventures you want to do.. with all this said ... I have to mention the 2 fur babies (Bruno boy and Nanga) that greets you everyday.. if you are lucky one of them will even ride the cable car and the truck with u to the drop off point and say goodbye...🥲"

"Sijaitsee vuoren yläpuolella muutaman minuutin, Serenite on hauska ja kiva hotelli. Näkymä huoneiden parvekkeista ja ruoka-/baarialue on täydellinen, katsoo kohti Little Ravanna putoaa, sekä Little Adams huippu ja Ella Gap. Henkilöstö on ystävällinen ja apukas, ja kaikki ruoka olimme maukasta ja hyvin hinnalla. Vaimoni oli upea hieronta ja kasvot jne., joka on erittäin suositeltavaa. Jos pidät lintukatsastuksesta, sitten tarjottu lajike parvekkeelta aamulla on hämmästyttävä!"

"Se on lähellä asemaa, mutta korkean nosto, matkustajat raskas takapakka on parempi päästä tuck-tuck. Numero on normaali, mutta on kosteus, näille paikoille on normaali ilmiö. Jos jäät 1-2 päivä on melko mukava. On Food City lähellä ja on keskuskatu, jossa on paljon ruokaa."

"I visited this property during the April 2026 holidays. It truly felt like staying in a cozy cottage perched along a misty Haputale main road, almost as if it were built on the edge of a mountain cliff. A small stream flows nearby, adding a peaceful, natural charm to the entire experience. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the property owner, on Sinhala New Year day, when I expected things to be busy, he personally ensured my request was fulfilled. As someone who enjoys red string hoppers for breakfast, I was genuinely impressed and grateful for the effort taken to accommodate this. That level of care made the experience truly memorable. The atmosphere overall was calm and refreshing. The garden is well maintained, and the amenities and facilities are in very good condition. The property also features a pleasant rooftop café running parallel to the main road, which adds a unique touch to the stay. and also the view from the room was breathtaking. Dinner was exceptionally delicious, and I really enjoyed the menu selection. The dining area seating is quite close, so the experience may be slightly affected if other guests are loud or disruptive."
