"We arrived for the weekend without booking a hotel in advance. We rented three rooms, but on the second night we moved to another hotel. The conditions were terrible, the hotel smelled, the breakfast was meager, and there was no drinking water in the room or at breakfast. The shower didn't work. I wouldn't stay there again."

"This place has been absolutely incredible. Mr. Selahattin Çopur (owner) has been very meticulous ensuring that we have the best experience here. For a discounted fee we were able to upgrade to another room - washroom had a Turkish bath set up and we had a stunning view of balloons from the window. They facilitated being able to have our clothes laundered. We mentioned we were hungry and he himself showed us/walked us over to a nearby restaurant with live music and great views. Breakfast was very traditional, fresh and complete - very yummy. His daughter Zelda was incredibly hospitable and kind. She also helped arrange taxi for us and followed up on our plans of doing Turkish night show. Even after checking out they kept our luggage while we went out into the city. While we waited for our transfer to the next city in our itinerary they had no problem with us staying in the building. We were able to order food and they even brought cold drink to refresh us later when the sun was getting really hot. The place is located in Cavusin, which is perfect if you want a more relaxed atmosphere. However Göreme is still super close, less than a 10min car ride if you do want to go visit. I prefer staying outside of Göreme, it is just so incredibly peaceful and with such great panoramic views. The place is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The outside cushions’ bright colors are faded a bit probably from the sun but still a beautiful terrace with a shaded area. They are also very flexible with currency accepting USD, EURO or Turkish Lira. We felt very safe and taken care of. I am so thankful and glad I chose this place to spend my 50th birthday weekend with my daughter."

"We had such an amazing time at this beautiful hotel. We booked two rooms, and everything was spotless and smelled so fresh. The terrace was definitely our favorite spot—we couldn’t get enough of it. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. What made it even better is that the hotel is family-owned, and they really made us feel at home. They not only cook a great breakfast every day but also helped us find good deals on local attractions. On our last day, we had to leave early, and they were so kind to prepare breakfast for us 40 minutes before they usually open. The family who runs this place is wonderful, and the hotel itself, set in a cave, is truly special. We’d come back here a thousand times over!"

"The property matched the online description, offering a spacious room and bathroom with comfortable beds. It was conveniently located near the city center with easy access to shops and restaurants. However, there was an unexpected overcharge for a third person and a 10% fee for credit card payments, which were not disclosed online. Finding a low-fee ATM was inconvenient. The breakfast was good but could have had more variety. The staff were nice and courteous."

"The smell is terrible, be nice if they removed the corpse from the bath room it stinks, when asked if they have bleache the answer was no. Some we prepaid for this, burn marks and dirty linen. No effort to exchange "

"Memnun kaldığımız bir otel oldu.. tercihimiz büyük jakuzili odalarından olmuş idi , gerçekten büyük ve keyifli olmuştu bizim için. Odalar için sadece biraz fazla nem olduğunu belirtebilirim bu da mağara tarzı olduğu içinde olabilir , konsept gereği .. çalışanlar ilgili , ücretsiz çömlek atölyesi ve gezi rehberi için çok yardımcı oldular.. çarşaflar temiz idi , kahvaltısı tatmin edici , manzarası harika , balonları izlemek için ayrı bir noktaya gitmenize gerek yok .. çocuğumuz ile birlikte memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu bizim için .. kendi aracımız ile gittiğimiz için lokasyonu da bizim için çok iyi idi , her noktaya sorunsuz yakın bir mesafe de kalmış idi."
