"Henkilöstö hyvin ystävällinen. Mutta yksinkertaiset tilat puuttuivat. Kahvipapu murtui, ei kahvia huoneessa, ei käden saippuaa, vessapaperi oli vain 2 1/4 rullat. 2 pyyhkeitä ei lattia pyyhkeitä. Ja kylpyhuoneessa oli peeling maalausta alakerrassa, jossa he yrittivät laittaa. Hissi oli poissa palvelusta. Puhuin etuosastolle, heille kerrottiin olevan kahvia ja kämmensieppaa. Minulle annettiin pullo kehonsieppaa ja voin saada kahvia lobbassa. Aamiainen ei muuttanut käsineet poistaminen pöydästä ja käsittelemällä ruokaa. Ruoka ei ollut suuri valinta. Minulle annettiin pisteitä jäsenyydestäni, että en tiennyt, että minulla oli pettymys oleskelu. Olemme jääneet tänne aiemmin ja se oli hyvä."

"The clerk who checked me in was on his cellphone the whole time. He just set the room cards on the counter and didn’t bother to tell me my room number or even the floor. When I got to my room, it reeked of cigarettes. I’m a former smoker so I know that smell. The shower hadn’t been cleaned, because there was a long, dark hair in the shower on the floor. Housekeeping started earlier than checkout (started at 9, checkout is 11) and woke me up. I stayed here before but won’t ever stay here again."

"They would enter the room unannounced every single day before check out. The office staff was great the manager is wonderful the location is ok but the people staying there are let’s say don’t take your kids or wife there . Police are there all the time there were slit of dealings if you know what I mean. ***** used rubbers in the parking lot . No breakfast and it clearly says it. The office closes at night if you get back and your card doesn’t work . Your screwed cause the phone you dial is corporate and we had to put a stick in our window to get door open. Spend a couple extra dollars and go anywhere else.."
