Excellent parking (when available) Only issue we had was with the trams which ran quite late into the night and woke us up. (Ask for a quiet room if this is likely to be an issue)"

"Our one-room apartment was in a great central location, walking distance to all the local attractions. In one room was the double bed, small dining table and self-contained kitchen facilities - so not huge, but adequate for our 3 night stay. Huge wheelchair accessible bathroom with a great shower, beds were very comfortable. Fast wifi included. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator if needed. No street noise at this level. Key code to access the building, and then a separate key code for the apartment entrance. We found the check-in directions confusing as the instructions said to use a 4 digit code, but we hadn't received the code, and also the main building door used a different code. However, once we figured it out, the access was very straightforward. We would definitely stay here again."

"We moved into apartment number 8 from September 13th to 16th. First of all: the positive thing is the location in a beautiful artists' alley, which is why it gets 1 star! And that's about it for the positives! Unloading and loading is very difficult in the alley because there are no short-term parking spaces and there are a lot of pedestrians in the alley. The apartment is an absolute disgrace. It doesn't just need a quick, superficial basic cleaning, but a thorough, complete cleaning! That's not acceptable... cobwebs on the bed in the corner with spiders included... cobwebs on the refrigerator door... disgusting. Dust is a big deal here! Furniture that is in more than need of repair. A side table that falls over just by looking at it. The bathroom is very narrow. The walk-in shower has a partition made of anchors. There is no coffee machine, just a special Nespresso machine. But this is not mentioned! No response to complaints from the contact person, who can only be reached by email or telephone. No reception on site, zero customer service. No value is placed on guests returning. The worst thing then comes when we leave. The room was supposed to be available by 10 a.m., but at 9.40 a.m., after we had picked up the car, we couldn't get into the room to get our luggage!!! The key card no longer worked. The hotline couldn't help! We were lucky that the cleaning staff were there and let us back into the apartment. Otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our luggage. This accommodation is an absolute joke. Never again!"

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is clean, modern and comfortable. Starting with a warm Bavarian welcome at the reception, check-in was quick and easy, especially if you complete the online check-in prior to to arrival. The room was spacious, modern and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, the desk and chairs were a nice touch and the bathroom had really nice amenities. The AC worked well and windows were soundproofed as I did not hear any traffic outside even though the main road was on my side of the hotel. The breakfast was also fantastic. The variety of eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads, pastries, and more was amazing. Besides coffee specialties and tee, you could make freshly pressed orange juice. Last but definitely not least, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone from the reception, breakfast room and bar were friendly and very polite. You were made to feel as if you were at home. One last bonus is the parking garage option. I do not have a single complaint to report."
