極差，丟了鞋子，人還沒離開酒店就不承認，難道我們頭一天光腳來的嗎？

The service was excellent and friendly. The hotel was clean and tidy. Great location on Queen Street. Definitely would recommend it.

Won’t do it again; with all the other option in Auckland Queen Street area, it’s not worth it

酒店位置很好離市中心很近，周圍有很多好的餐廳可以選擇，房間內的衞生有點差，有很多灰塵，不過如果想要好的地理位置還是可以選擇這個酒店的

Perfect location and short walks to mane eateries. Highly recommended.

We love this hotel but the room we booked wasn't as pictured. We got a strange room with no natural light at opened up to air ducting. The bathroom was also not as pictured and really cramped. It wasnone nigjt and we didnt want to make a fuss. With this being said, we've given it another chance because the service and staff are amazing. We are going back this weekend so hopefully they'll get our room correct.

位置處在城中心，樓下是酒吧，整晚噪音不停，根本睡不好，不建議入住

位置是很市中心的，出門逛非常便利。但房間蠻小的，而且感覺很潮。是這次新西蘭住的酒店感覺房間最差的一個，雖然酒店大堂很復古。

We had a wonderful time , it was my wifes birthday , they even gave us a card and cake.

酒店位置很好，就在奧克蘭市中心，走到哪都很方便。 天空塔，海港大橋都能步行前往。整體酒店有些年頭了 不過保養的很不錯。尤其值得表揚的是它們的早餐，很美味。
