"Service was excellent! WiFi has been upgraded to provide different access for different areas of hotel and we always had availability. Food was very good and our waiter put fresh flowers and petals on our table for each evening he knew we would dine there. Chef made breakfast boxes and lunch boxes to go for our early morning departures. We were always greeted warmly, and our room was clean and comfortable. I was there solo before and after my Kilimanjaro hike and with my husband for a week afterwards. We each highly recommend it."

"Saapuimme Arushaan samaan aikaan kuin presidentti! Joten liikenne oli kaoottinen. Pääsy on karkea hautaustie, mutta kun turvaportti liukuu takaisin: tervetuloa paratiisiin. Upea suuri koti asettuu kauniisti ylläpidetty puutarha. Idyllinen!! Walter on fantastinen ja pakollinen isäntä. Ruoka oli hyvä, huone oli puhdas ja hyvin palvelut. Voi ei vika oleskelun ja palaa."

"Meillä oli kaunis ilta Shoki Shoki Lodgessa ja se oli varmasti rento oleskelu ennen safari alkoi. Henkilöstö oli erittäin ammattimainen ja ystävällinen ja he olivat erittäin hyödyllisiä. Huonemme oli hyvin kauniisti koristeltu. He antoivat meille tuoreet pyyhkeet. Huoneessamme oli liitetty kylpyhuone. Shoki Shoki majoitus oli täydellinen yhden yön oleskelu. Ruoka oli hämmästyttävä, he suosittelivat suuri paikallista bändi, ja olivat hyvin nopea vastata mihin tahansa tarpeemme. Hyvin suositeltu rauhallinen yö oleskelu."

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Green Mountain Hotel. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and everything is always perfectly clean. The pool area is very relaxing and a great place to chill after a long day. The restaurant is also very good and works 24/7, which is extremely convenient if you arrive late or have an irregular schedule. But if there’s one thing I must highlight, it’s the service. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming in every area of the hotel. I especially want to mention Dorice and Haruna - great people who have always been extremely kind and helpful. Thanks to them everything was resolved very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arusha."

"We have stayed here for 2 nights and have loved it, yes the road is bumpy and the noises are not what you are used to but you feel like you are in a real area and not a perfect 5 start hotel. The staff are amazing and the food has been great. We booked our day safari through them and our airport transfer and it was all professional and communication was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

We ate for several hours and rested in between. Christina herself even came and sat down with us to chat which made the whole experience even more special. Super friendly staff, delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere. She also have a bed and breakfast with large rooms and an amazing view over Mount Meru."

"Olin täällä osana ryhmämatka. Se on mukava ja moderni talo yhdeksän huonetta, ja mukava uima-allas ja aurinkoinen alue taka-aukossa. Kaikki on hyvin puhdas ja sänkyjä erittäin hyvä. Me kaikki olimme hyvin tyytyväisiä majoitusta siellä. Käytin myös uima-allas ja löysin sen hyvin viileä. Henkilöstö on hyvin huolellinen ja yrittää tehdä parhaansa vieraille koko ajan. Ja tarkoitan koko ajan, päivä ja yö! Ryhmämme nainen, joka sattui jalaansa, sai jäätä ja bändiä iltana, joka oli jo mukava gesti. Mutta he tarjosivat myös tuoda hänelle uuden jään klo 2, vaihtaa paine. Ja he tekivät! Pieni katolinen kirkko on lähellä. Nautin majoitusta Korona Villassa."
