Ruoka oli erittäin hyvä ja palveli nopeasti, ja aamiainen oli myös erittäin hyvä. Myönteiset näkökohdat henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen, tieto annetaan selkeästi, ja talonhoito teki työnsä ilman mitään häirintää. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat upeat, puhdas ja kauniisti sisustettu. Yleisesti Shokin asiakaspalvelu oli erinomainen."

"We stayed as a family of four for a night pre and post safari. The family room was fantastic, lots of space, extremely clean and well equipped. Food in the restaurant was good quality, buffet style in the evening and at breakfast. All of the staff are lovely and so helpful. We had a very early flight and the staff had kindly prepared us breakfast boxes to take away with us. I had a problem checking with online check in for our flight and one of the staff members used his own phone to call the airline and help me resolve the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this oasis of a hotel."

"We stayed at Tulia Boutique Hotels & Spa for one night before our safari tour. Most guest rooms are in the main building, but we were assigned a triple room in a separate building within the grounds. The room had a window, but it faced a wall, making it feel quite gloomy even during the day. This was my only disappointment with the stay. We booked a half-board plan, and for dinner we could choose from à la carte options—all of which were delicious. Considering the size of the hotel, the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, which is understandable. However, they prepared omelets and fried eggs fresh on the spot, which was a nice touch. The staff were exceptionally kind, always greeting us and offering help whenever needed. The grounds, including the pool, were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Overall: Great service and food, lovely grounds, but the room location and lack of natural light were drawbacks."

"Olin varannut viime minuutissa ja Didas oli lentokentällä, kun saapuimme lentoon huolimatta joitakin lentokorjauksia. Hän ja henkilöstö ovat ystävällisiä ja majoitus. Majoitus on hieman pieni mutta riittää 1/2 ihmiset eivät aio olla huoneessa koko päivän. Kiinteistö on mukava, mutta sade saa sinut liikkuessasi. Restaurantti on hyvä kun palaat myöhään/ et halua mennä etsimään kaupunkia ruokaa.Aamiainen on kiitollinen ja oli hyvä joka aamu. "
