Gorgeous fully equipped studio apartment. Lovely pool. Easy, friendly check in. Great location, within a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, will study here next time I visit. Thank you to the lovely staff.

カナリア諸島のテネリフェ島にあるホテル。初めての滞在で4泊させて頂きましたがとても良かったです。部屋は広く一階のテラスにはロングチェアと小さいテーブルがあり夜にはとても綺麗な星も眺めることが出来ました。海岸や夜の遊び場へも近く立地⭕️受付の方もとても親切に対応してくれました。次回訪れた際も利用したいと思います。

Good location next to strip. Good for what it’s there for. Wouldn’t advise for families.

Le service du personnel est au top rien à dire à l’écoute et aimable Pour le lit pas confortable du tout, étonnée d’avoir trouver un canapé lit ! L’eau qui coulait de la douche de la chambre Z201 c’était pénible, obligé de mettre des serviettes sur le sol pour que l’eau ne sort pas de la salle de bain. Malgré que nous avons réclamés ! Vol de certains produits cosmétique tout neuf de la chambre.

We just returned from a family stay at Playa Azul apartments and we couldn’t be happier. It’s our second visit, and it keeps getting better! We especially want to highlight the new Calistenia outdoor playground – it was a fantastic addition for the little ones, who spent hours playing and enjoying the fresh air and for me also to keep fit. We also noticed the ongoing improvements to the bar area, which we really appreciated. It’s becoming an even more pleasant spot to relax during the day. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for families. The location is unbeatable – close to the beach, with everything you need nearby, yet in a peaceful area ideal for unwinding. The staff is wonderful – always friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We absolutely recommend Playazul to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Warning!!! Please do not listen to any of the good reviews you hear about this hotel as it’s all lies !!! Anyone who books this hotel will be full of disappointment as I was very very disappointed I went on to love holidays to book the hotel which they should not even have it on there website to sell to people if I’m being completely honest with you as it’s made me very courageous bout booking with them again as other company’s I have booked with would not have something on there websites as bad as this hotel I honestly don’t no were to start I went on to the reviews and read loads of good ones some bad reviews but so many good I never thought I would ever experience anything as bad as I did ! So when we got to the hotel the time of checking it it took us an hour at the desk as the women at the desk was to Interested in talking to people working in there and giggling away when I was stood right in front of her ! When finally she did sort us out our room omg I got in there and I instantly felt sick! It’s no joke how they can let people stay in them rooms I was sprewing my guys up the bed was not a normal bed it was a pull out bunk that turned in to a bed the mattress as u can imagine was just filthy I felt so dirty even after a shower it was not fit to sleep in I basically was scared if the bottom sheet came up over how filthy the mattress was never seen anything like it the shower basically floored out the full bathroom as the drain was blocked and the sealing on the bottom of the shower was all over so you was always soaked from the floor in the bathroom even when getting up the next morning or threw the night had to step in a puddle of water off the shower ! They was big massive bugs in the room I phoned the man at the desk in the night as it’s a women in the morning and man in the night and he did not care at all he basically told me not his problem I only asked for bug spray or if he had another apartment he could move us to and he said no and put down the phone the second night then staying there a alarm went off still don’t no know what that alarm was we thought it was a fire alarm so we got up no one was out nothing happening phone the man at the desk again and said yes I no about the problem and good bye! Cut the phone off again ! My husband walk up to main floor to find out and again he blanked him like he was not stood in front of him !! I would strongly advise not to please book this hotel I was dreading to go back to my room so we basically stayed out all day when this holiday was meant to be a relaxing holiday and u couldn’t have a lay in in the mornings as they was drilling and whatever right outside of the room with tools my holiday was ruined the pool we never even tried as I don’t think any of it was clean please don’t waste ur money and make the mistake I done as I feel my holiday was know a waste they also take 100 out of ur card before ur holiday even starts and also don’t depend on room service as we went for 5 days an

Perfect place for a large group. Apartments exactly what we needed and no problems with pool/bar. Staff helpful and no problems. When arrived and took a bit of time to check in but was our fault for not sorting before we got there. Any stags/hens ideal

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week. overall a very good hotel. reception lady’s were very helpful and attended our needs. we had issues with our door and was sorted very quickly. one bed leg was broken and it got changed immediately. the night life noise can be very loud but that didnt bother me and my boyfriend. also the pool is very cold, once your in though its fine its just getting in which is so cold. Overall couldnt fault this hotel and will be returning

What a lovely place. Staff can't do enough for you. Reception staff were excellent, cleaning staff brilliant. Apartment very spacious very clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfy. Pool and bar area plenty of sunbed and shaded areas. Lady servicing at bar was very pleasant excellent service. Also they did food there.

Noisy There some good and bad about this place. The positives: Nice apartment, well equippped with the basics you need, comfortable beds, nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Very friendly staff. The negative: Unfortunately the location was too close to the bars and it gets loud at night. You can also hear eveything in the building. Absolutely everything. This woke us up every single night. Especially when other guests were drunk and loud and got home.

Keeps the promise on their website. Ok apartments. Clean, equipped well. They cleaned every 2nd day and changed towels. Note: towels not allowed at the pool neither for beach. Need to bring own. No hidden costs. Online check in so we could just arrive, collect 1 room card, what was not even necessary as doors have electronic keys. Pool area was surprisingly large and with enough sun beds. There is even a bar selling drinks and sandwiches. However we did not understand opening times.. sometimes opens, sometimes not… Overall a pleasant stay.

4 ladies just returned from a great weekend at Playazul. Very easy straightforward check in, they put a hold on your card of €100 which is released after check out once your room has been checked. We had an ocean view apartment on 6th floor. Lift goes to 5th floor then one set of stairs to the top. Our room was fantastic! Absolutely gorgeous, spacious and had everything you could need. The terrace had full sun in the afternoon which we really enjoyed and watched the sun set over the sea. It’s in a great location, yes you can hear Veronica’s coming to life till the early hours but can honestly say it didn’t disturb us as we were out till way after midnight anyway. If you’ve kids and want to be in bed early it might bother you more. The pool area was great, nice drinks and snacks available at reasonable prices. On check out they look after your cases and there’s a room for a shower later before we got our later plane home. The whole building is immaculate and staff really helpful. Worth noticing there’s quite a few steps to navigate to reception if you’ve mobility issues. I’d highly recommend staying here at a fabulous price too! Will most definitely be back . Thank you
