"Throughly enjoyed our experience at this 5 star SPA near the small town of Araxá in country side of Minas Gerais state. The service is outstanding. Staff greeted us by name and did their utmost to make us feel at home. Rita, Washington, Jairo, Mario, Catarina and so many others make this hotel truly world class. Every room is old world decorated, the many ballrooms remines European classic style and it’s hard to believe we are in South America. The Thermas are a tranquil place to relax and rewind. "The hotel was old, without maintenance.Despite the large rooms, the decoration is all old. The air conditioning flooded the room in the night and when I went to the bathroom, I slipped and fell and hurt. I went down and climbed nine floors, with the whole body painful of the fall. The academy and pool they offered are only for hotel classification: very bad. I don't recommend."
