It also has a large, fenced, private patio. Less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, you’ll enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront sightseeing as well as fishing and beaches just a short car ride away! In addition, there is a small second bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds. In the bunk room, we have provided a small cabinet for folded clothes as well as a fold down bar for hanging clothes. Both bedrooms have a television. The family room has a queen size pullout sofa as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and it also has a dishwasher. We provide both a drip coffee maker (filters are provided) and a Keurig coffee maker (initial supply of pods are provided). A small high top table (when pulled away from the wall and the leaves extended) allows for 4 people to eat a meal together. There is a private, fenced area with a large covered table and 5 chairs as well as a grill. There is parking for 2 cars. Please park on the right side of the driveway facing the building. A shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. The code to the door is 6789. The master has 2 closets. With 3 TVs (65” in main room) in the suite allows you to watch what you want too! Each tv has is own YouTube live subscription! The kitchen with brand new appliances is fully loaded with 2 coffee makers (one being Keurig) coffee is provided. We have a full pantry for plenty of goodies. We have brand new washer & Dryers in the suite as well. As for the bathrooms we a tub shower and full shower! The suite is full WiFi with at&t. We have made sure everting in the “OB” is done to fullest for you to enjoy your stay with us! There is also a water taxi that you can take to see why Stuart is one of the top destinations for boating! I am available any time! We took the opportunity for pictures and admiration of the architecture and history preserved in the beautiful buildings. Extending behind all of downtown’s main area is a boardwalk over the St. Lucie River, where one can spot dolphins, fish, and oysters. After a meal of downtown’s delicacies and a day of shopping, the Riverwalk is the perfect place to wind down after a day of excitement. A wonderful spot for a stroll, we timed it perfectly to see the sunset over the water, a view that is unsurpassed in beauty. On Sundays from 1-4 in the afternoon, a local concert rocks the Riverwalk with a different band each week. Seating is free, and vendors provide quick snacks while meals at one of historic downtown’s restaurants is always only a step away.
