Not to mention a well equipped coffee station and throw blankets for a cozy morning.Once used as a hotel and school in the now ghost town on Nininger prior to being moved to its current location, this historic home has three units total, all with their own private entrances. This is unit 401 and is entirely yours to enjoy and completely private! You will access your unit using the keypad on the doorhandle with a code specifically set for you using the last 4 digits of the phone number in your profile.There is one security camera located outside near the parking, and one on the porch viewing the entrance. This security camera is not viewed unless an issue arises.**Please note that with the property being a historic home built almost 170 years ago, the home has some creaky boards and steps leading to the upper units.
