Guest suite includes a private keypad entrance to the unit and private back yard, however, it does share walls with the main house. The unit does not come equipped with a full kitchen but a small kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and basic utensils.The guest suite is attached to our main house therefore you may hear some regular noises. We have installed noise proofing but it does not dampen noise 100%.
