Centrally located to the City Centre, South Bank, PA Hospital, The Gabba Stadium visiting Brisbane couldn’t be easier.My house is a luxurious 3 bedroom plus office renovated Queenslander. Garage parking is available for 2 cars (plus 1 additional car park on the driveway). We also have 2 visitor car park permits for street parking. The property has a brand new ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom, large modern kitchen and the main bathroom has double vanity sinks. Each bedroom and living area has airconditioning/heating. The jewel of the house is the back deck which seamlessly flows from the kitchen / dining area and overlooks our private yard.Our guests have exclusive use of the house upstairs.
