Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre arvostelua

Central enough (expect to walk/bike) somewhat characterless.

I booked with Trip.com and chose the wrong dates. Upon asking the hotel staff to change it I was informed that trip.com did not allow it and vice versa. I am a business and leisure traveller who travels at least 15 times a year. My business on *********** has never had such a problem. Never using this service again.

It is not good... Invasion of privacy and lost my shoe covers. I booked a room on 27-10 at Mercure on and my friend booked for next day. When we checked in at the first day, we informed the circumstance to the reception. She clearly said that it could be the same room for 2 nights, hence we have no need to check in again and change a room after one night stay. However, we found our room in a mess when we came back at 28th night. Our personal bags are opened and filled with stuff that we put outside the bag, which is, without Our permit!! They opened Our bags full of our private stuff even without telling us!!! My friend's teethbrush and slippers are put together, face to face. What's more, I found my rainy day shoes cover missing. I called the reception on 28-10 and she told me that she would inform me next day morning. But When we checked out there is still no information. And the girls at the reception has changed so I had to explained the whole thing once again. They asked for my email address and said that they would send email to me as I need to leave. But, until now, there is none in my mailbox.

Super hotel, heel zen hotel, mooie schone nette kamer, met heel vriendelijk receptie en nachtreceptie, dichtbij centrum goede locatie, ga zeker weer is terug

お部屋からの景色が、もう少し町の中心をみることができたらよかったけれど、それでも景色がよかったです。 朝食はあたたかい*料理もつくってもらえるし、パンケーキもあるし２泊くらいならちょうどいい感じです。 残念だったのが、ジャム、メープルシロップの補充がなかったことです。 エントランス付近にスナックコーナーがあり、便利でした。 また次も泊まりたいと思います。

Super je recommande

Een gewoon hotel aan de rand van het centrum aan een drukke rotonde. Hier heb je overigens totaal geen last van. Het is zo’n10 minuutjes lopen naar het sfeervolle centrum. Wij hebben alleen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt en de bar in het hotel. Je auto kan je parkeren in de parkeergarage waar ook klanten van Dirk van de Broek parkeren, alleen heet Mercure ruimte gereserveerd. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en heel klant gericht. We zijn toch van plan om hier nog eens te komen. Top!

Check In lief problemlos ab. Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Parkplatz war günstig und befindet sich direkt in der Tiefgarage (Zugang zum Hotel). Die Lage war super! Direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeit, 10 Minuten zu Fuß war Hauptbahnhof/Innenstadt erreichbar.

房間乾淨衞生，方便
