"The welcome was extremely cold, with no explanation of how things worked during our week-long stay. As for the room, it was a complete disaster. The beds were ancient, the mattresses far too worn and hard, with springs at the end of their lifespan. We asked for a different mattress, but unfortunately, they were all the same. Reception told us that new mattresses were planned, but not immediately. For a vacation, the cleaning staff came far too early: 9:00 AM. The view from the balcony was lovely, but we were constantly disturbed by the noise of motorcycles at all hours. There was a lot of insecurity around the beach restaurants. A fight between young people ended very badly: one person died. Needless to say, our last evening as a family was completely ruined. And to top it all off, we had to leave the hotel the next day at 6:00 AM, but there was no breakfast until 7:00 AM, even though we had all paid upon arrival. No compensation was offered. This is truly an establishment to avoid..."

The bathroom was just disgusting, full of mold, and it took forever for the hot water to start. The towels had suspicious colors, and the food was a complete disaster. Breakfast was poor and barely edible. Honestly, I could keep going for hours about how bad this place is. Avoid it at all costs!"
