Al Ain Rotana arvostelua

People who work there are friendly. However the room wasn’t serviced until after 5 pm and had to be done when I was present. The electrical connections in the room kept flickering on and off. Room looked old. My meal at Trader Vic’s was expensive and not worth the value. The food was subpar.

房間很大，帶陽台，有微波爐，裝修新，值得入住。

由於阿萊茵是非常小且偏僻的城市，因為要去動物園住宿一晚，也沒有什麼酒店選擇。房間很一般，幾十年前的裝修風格，設施很老化，房間傢俱陳舊。不管酒店服務人員態度很好，早餐倒是符合五星級酒店標準。另外我預訂的是山景房，結果房間在一樓對着停車場，也懶得換了…

酒店在艾因市中心，離周邊的景點都很近，入住的人不少，比較熱鬧。設施相對沒有那麼新，但房間還是挺大的。

Well located hotel, relatively near most attractions in Al Ain. Nice swimming pool and restaurants.

I would especially like to recognize the outstanding efforts of [lady - karthane - cindi]. Their dedication, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor went above and beyond my expectations.

Ramen the bar tender took so much care. Thank u for amazing facility and great staff. Perfect health club and lovely weather. ....... we did not stay.......................,......................................................

We have been regular visitors to Al Ain Rotana for many years. Our recent trip did not disappoint! The staff continue to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their friendliness and efficiency is second to none. Many thanks to the lovely Reception staff for looking after us. To Hosan and the team in Trader Vics… food and drinks were amazing as always. Ramen at the pool bar for his friendly efficient service. A big shout out to everyone involved in the tree lighting ceremony. It was such a lovely evening.

Well it’s a blessing to have a place like Rotana in Al Ain and having a top notch facility like “body lines”, the gym facilities, swimming pool and Jacuzzi and the whole staff especially Mr.Hasham and Hanna were super nice and source of constant support Highly recommendable

Wonderful place. Wonderful place to stay in Al Ain.

Nice building, terrible service I was really disappointed in the level of service we received during our stay in the hotel. The room was not properly prepared for 2 guest, even though that's what the booking said. Half of items in the room were missing for the 2nd person, like bathrobe, slippers, etc. When we brought this to the attention of the staff over the phone, we were promised the problem will be resolved shortly. After 10 minute silence, we called again and got another portion of promises. And then the same happened again. And again. Overall we made 4 calls in the span of an hour. We have wasted all this time waiting for someone to come, which is a lot considering this was a weekend trip for us. We have brought up this issue during the checkout, to which we got a response which I can only summarise as "Ah, so sorry that happened to you". It didn't happen to us. You did this. Talking to guests in passive voice does not make the situation better. It is baffling to me that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel service. I would your hotels at all cost.

Perfect Hotel For Families We had a great time at Al Ain Rotana. We got upgraded to a suite, which was a blessing considering we were travelling with kids. The staff was also super friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. I'm terms of facilities, the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, it features a really large pool and a playground so for those travelling with kids it's a great choice.
