"The hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay feel easy and welcoming. The beach was beautiful: clean, calm, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. The property itself is very well maintained and offers a wide range of amenities, so there was always something to enjoy without ever feeling crowded. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would happily return."

"A wonderful villa, excellent view of Boracay south sea.. woke up daily to see the sunrise 🌅 with wonderful view of the islands across the sea… the service was excellent, especially Ms Arlene who was assigned to our Villa.. she made our stay a more than just pleasant one 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 The location may not be very accessible.. please book a Trike to bring both yourself + luggages to their main gate.. else you may need to carry them across many high and lows slopes.. my luggage broke 2 wheels due to this lack of knowledge 👌🏼.. but don’t let this affect the wonderful experience in store at One Hagden Villa 👍🏼👍🏼"

"Hieno näkymä. Nämä ovat sanat, jotka voivat tiivistää meidän oleskelu Harlan Beach Villa Resort sijaitsee kohteessa Station 1 Boracay. Sijainti on kohti aseman 1 loppua, jossa on enemmän yksityisyyttä ja vähemmän joukkoa ja voit nauttia oman rantapuolen. Rannan on kirjaimellisesti 10 askelta Villa. Varasimme neljä päivää, kolme yötä ja se oli sen arvoista. Ensinnäkin näkymä! OMG! Auringon noususta auringonlaskuun, se tuntuu niin yllättävältä, että on niin rauhallinen näkymä paratiisista. Ja hämmästyttävämpää on, että saamme paras näkymä aurinkolaskuun oikealla villassa. Kun kyse on palvelusta, myös OMG! He ovat varovaisia kaikki tarpeemme, joita et tarvitse kysyä heiltä. He huolehtivat meistä jopa siihen, että missä menemme, yksi henkilökunta seuraisi meitä tuomaan tavaramme ja jos meillä on vesitoimintaa, he myös kaappaisivat meitä, tuoisivat pyyhkeitä ja vettä. Ja paras osa on, että meillä on oma yksityinen keittiö! Hän voi kirjaimellisesti tehdä mitä haluamme, vaikka se ei ole valikossa. Ja mies, maku on juuri nyt! Emme edes uskaltaneet syödä muissa ravintoloissa, koska miksi me olisimme, kun meillä on paras keittiö! Harlan tarjosi meille myös täydentävän hierontan, joka antoi meille tuntea vielä rentouttavampi. Kokonaisuudessaan kokemus oli vain hämmästyttävä. Saat varmasti mitä maksat! Se ei ole halpa, mutta se on kaikki sen arvoinen."

"Stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveller. To be fair they assigned me a room from the Main Wing as I requested. I got a spacious room with 2 single beds, cable TV, working AC, mini fridge. The Room itself is clean. The bed and pillows are comfy and do not smell. Not enough cabinets though or place to hang your clean clothes. Safety features like smoke detectors, sprinklers, double locks, safety vault, emergency exits are there. Included breakfast is filling. No restrictions as to how much you can get so if you are the kind who likes big breakfast then you will enjoy it. The bathroom is a separate beast altogether and this is where they need to improve on if they want to get repeat guests. Toilet and bidet works. The sink is just fine - no hot/cold faucet. I don't think the shower had a working heater (?) But what took away what could have been a perfect experience was the smell of molding (perhaps in the grout between the tiles?) The odor was just too notable when you open the door to the bathroom and I have allergic rhinitis that can be easily triggered by things like this. To be fair, they did try to spray it with air freshner when I raised it to frontdesk. IF by some chance other newer guests can attest that this has been resolved then I might consider booking again at La Carmela. Now for those na hindi gaanong maarte sa CR, maybe just bring a diffuser or a small Lysol if ever you book this place. It is a cheaper option for a beachfront property but I really hope that mold/kulob odor in the bathroom gets fixed. LCDB staff are nice and helpful. It's probably one of the saving graces of the property."

"Fascinating!! One of the best resorts we have ever been to, away from all the city noises and in the beautiful Filipino nature. Top class amenities and wonderful service. Staff are super nice and friendly and won’t hesitate to help you and the owner Andrew is very accommodating and nice. Alot of fun activities to do here our personal favorites are Kayaking and Snorkeling in the private beach. Oh yeah did I forget to mention you have access to a Private beach ? In addition to that a nice swimming pool in the heart of the resort in front of the restaurant. Food was also delicious with a good selection of both local and international cuisine at affordable prices. Beef tapa was my personal favorite, I would definitely recommend it. Also around the corner from the resort you have access to a white sand beach and more places to eat and explore. Easy 10/10 for us. We will be back soon for sure !"
