On the mountains , good location on the way to Troodos mountains. Fully renovated and very good services. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

Μέσα στον Νοέμβριο κάναμε δύο διαφορετικές κρατήσεις αρχές και τέλος του μηνός μας έδωσαν σχεδόν το ίδιο δωμάτιο δηλαδή ήταν 223 μετά 225 τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό και θέρμανση όλα ελεγχόμενα από την διεύθυνση αν θέλουν σου θέτουν αυτή την παροχή!! Το κρύο το νοιώθεις είναι παντού!! Καλό πρωινό και το μπουφέ μπορώ να πω έκαναν φιλότιμες προσπάθειες!! Επίσης στα δωμάτια δε παρέχουν βραστήρα τουλάχιστον να κάναμε κανένα ζεστό ρόφημα!! Το ξενοδοχείο με λίγη προσπάθεια μπορεί να βελτιωθεί κατακόρυφα επίσης κατέλαβαν προσπάθεια να είναι όμορφα στολισμένο λόγω Χριστουγέννων!!! Το συστήνω γιατί μου αρέσει η περιπέτεια και η άγρια φύση!!!

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet. But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help. The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service. Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it. Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.

Breakfast was ok. There was an electricity issue from 5:40 am . We call reception at 6:20 they told us they were trying to fix it with no giving timelines. I told them i have an infant as he was cold, and they did not help at all. The electricity did not come back at least until 8 and they did not show any support or offer any help.

Είχαμε την ευκαιρία να περάσουμε 2 μέρες στο ξενοδοχείο Ρόδου και η εμπειρία μας ήταν ξεχωριστή. Το προσωπικό μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο. Στην ρεσεψιόν το προσωπικό ήταν προθυμο να ανταποκριθεί στην αλλαγή δωματίου που ζήτησα και με συνόδευσαν στο δωμάτιο για να με βοηθήσουν. Το δωμάτιο κανονικό μέγεθος με μπαλκόνι.Το δωματιο του μπανιου ανακαινισμενο με μοντερνονστυλ με ντουσιέρα , το κρεββατι πολύ άνετο. Η μηλόπιτα με το παγωτό βανίλιας που παράγγειλα στο μπαρ ήταν γευστικότατη, γιάμι♡ Το βράδυ το μπουφέ είχε φαγητό για όλα τα γούστα ,λαζανια αρνί στο φούρνο μακαρόνια με κοκκινη σάλτσα κοτόπουλο φουρνου με μουστάρδα και μέλι , ρύζι, μελιτζάνες με σάλτσα υπέροχες πατάτες με βότανα, ψάρι πάνε , 3 είδη σαλάτας ορεκτικά.dips 5 διαφορετικά είδη ψωμιού κα .Για επιδόρπιο μπακλαβάς κρέμα καραμελέ, τρούφες , κέικ σοκολάτας φρούτα .Όλα τέλεια στην γεύση. Το service 5 αστέρων .Το προσωπικό ήταν συνέχεια κοντά μας ν αλλάξει τα σερβίτσια να μας ρωτήσει αν θέλουμε κάτι . Όλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί ιδιαίτερα ο Γιώργος σερβιτόρος. ΜΠΡΑΒΟ στο προσωπικό και στον διευθυντή του ξενοδοχείου. Το πρόγευμα ατελείωτο με ζεστά κρύα γλυκά και ο καφέςςς ..... φρεσκοαλεσμενος μύριζε όλο το εστιατόριο. Ο Γιώργος είχαμε λερωσει με καφέ το πατακι μας το πρόσεξε και ήρθε χωρίς να του.πουμε να το αλλάξει.♡ Μια διαμονή ονειρεμένη ευχαριστούμε ξενοδοχείο ΡΟΔΟΝ 22.2.25

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for all ages. The service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Ideale x visitare monti Troodos e chiese bizantine Camere abbastanza spaziose con balcone, rinnovate rispetto a 2 anni fa. Bagno con bella doccia, ma con l'acqua che usciva fino al corridoio. Cuscini pessimi, oltretutto senza alternative. Poco insonorizzate. Cena mediocre. Colazione buona. Posizione albergo utile per visitare il monte Olimpo e le chiese Patrimonio Unesco.

A good base in the Troodos We stayed at the hotel for two nights in October and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is spacious, clean, and tastefully designed, featuring two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and lovely gardens with apple and vine trees. The surrounding area offers breathtaking views of the mountains and village, with access to hiking routes. There is also a supermarket and restaurant conveniently located nearby. Our room was large with a spectacular view, but it felt a bit cramped and dated. Additionally, the mattress was too firm for my liking, which impacted comfort. The breakfast was fairly basic, while the dinner buffet had a variety of options, though the quality varied. That said, it was still good value for the price. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for those exploring the Troodos mountain area, offering good value for money.

Το ρεσεψιόν σου απευθύνει τον λόγο μόνο για να το πληρώσεις. Καμία πληροφορία. 70 σερβιτόροι σε τραπέζια που έχουν ένα καφέ 4 ώρες, και παρόλα αυτά τρέχουν πανικόβλητοι. Στο τραπέζι υπάρχει qr code για μενού που δεν λειτουργεί.Μακριά απλά

Unfortunately it wasn't such a good experience. We have booked half-board. The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy, but ok. The problem was the dinner. Poor food, poor selection. Ate lots of bread just to kill the hunger. The room was decent. The mattresses weren't. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. Went there two years back, was better, but not this time.

The rooms are not sound proof. The cleaning ladies were chatting in the corridor from 07:00am. Some towels were torn and had stains. The room cleaning needs to be improved. The receptionists were very polite and friendly.
