"Yusuf and the whole family were so welcoming and helpful, please come and stay here to meet them! I arrived late at night, all dishevelled from my journey and Yusuf helped me with organising a tour for the next day, my transport for the next day and even ordered some takeaway food for me! I then went on a full day tour with Yusuf the next day and learnt so much, and then even got dropped off at the bus stop. Would highly recommend for an enjoyable stay! Bed was comfy too!"

"This is a prime example of a hotel room unfit for family occupancy. There is no geyser, and hot water is only provided in a small bucket by a staff member, making it impossible to take a refreshing shower throughout the day. The window air conditioner seems to be operational, but it fails to cool the room effectively. There is no shampoo available, and the bed linens have an unpleasant odor. Most concerning is the lack of privacy for changing clothes, especially for women, as the curtain is too short and does not cover the entire window. The bathroom is outdated, with broken tiles and rust on the fixtures. Additionally, no doormat is provided. The TV and small fridge appear to be there merely for decoration and are both obsolete and unusable. Overall, the service and conditions make this hotel a poor choice for accommodation."

"I would say the money you spend here you rather go to another hotel. When we walked in there we felt racially discriminated even though we are Indians but we are treated differently to the white tourists. As soon as we arrived they gave us a room that was on the ground floor that was supposed to be “an upgrade” to our booking. The bedding in the room was in an appalling condition as well as the bathroom. We went back and asked for our original room booking. They still chose to give us a room that was not worth the price we paid. The bathroom fittings were in terrible condition and there was no hot water. The one night the water ran out completely while I was showering. I feel like the staff at this hotel give good rooms to white customers only as we found that they even put other local indians into rooms in the ground floor which is not in great condition. I am disappointed to be treated in this way as a foreign tourist myself. The only good thing was the breakfast and the location is a 10 minute walk to The Taj Mahal."

Huone itse oli puhdas, tilava ja mukava, ja suihku toimi hyvin. Ainoa puoli oli rauta: kun yritin rautaa pukuni, se poltti reiän siinä. Olen vastuussa tästä, mutta mainitsen sen, koska rauta ei ole oikea höyryrauta, ja oletan, että se olisi hyvä. Tein Tajin aamulla matkan ja palasin juuri 12:n jälkeen; hotelli oli hyvin rento checkout-aika ja antoi minulle paljon aikaa kerätä tavarani. Olisin varmasti jäädä uudestaan."
