"Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Yllätyin kuitenkin siitä, että he käskivät minun kirjautua ulos klo 11. En pitänyt hotellin aamiaisesta; se ei ollut erityisen maukas, vain pikakahvia. Mutta se on makuasia. Sijainti on fantastinen, Starbucksin ja muiden kahviloiden lähellä! Taj Mahal on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, täydellinen auringonnousun ihailuun! Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli miellyttävä kokemus. Mielestäni se olisi kuitenkin voinut olla hintansa arvoinen. Se oli halvempi kuin mitä maksoimme, ottaen huomioon, ettei kaikki toiminut."

"We were travelling with our 18 months old infant & elderly. It was a wonderful stay at Sarovar. The place catered to variety of food & activities for all age groups. The property is kids friendly. The location is easily accessible & readily available parking right in front of the hotel. Food was delicious. All the necessary amenities of good quality were provided. The staff was friendly & approachable. Thank you for making our stay in Agra Comfortable. We especially enjoyed our cold coffee by the Poolside. "

"This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again."

"This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great."

"This hotel is quite famous in the local area. The environment is not bad. It has only two floors and no elevator. You have to carry your luggage upstairs. If you come to Taj Mahal again, you will still want to stay. The service is good."

"I am giving a low rating because they forgot to serve a welcome drink when we arrived at the hotel and we have waited for a long time when we arrived since the room was not ready even though we have arrived a couple of hours late in the hotel but still we have to spend time in the waiting area.
