"The hotel is located in an ideal spot: close to Addison Airport and 20 minutes away from DFW airport. However, my overall experience was terrible. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and the bathroom roof was in bad shape, requiring paint work and repairs. The guest laundry was not available. The ice dispenser on the 3rd floor was not working. The breakfast spread was limited. The same items were repeated. I stayed for five nights. The swimming pool was not clean; there were dry leaves all over the pool water. The staff was helpful in guiding me to an awesome restaurant nearby for dinner. The gym equipment was limited, and only three pairs of dumbells were available (17 kgs, 25 kgs and 35 kgs). Overall, it was a bad experience considering the brand, Radisson."

"This is not a Hilton-managed hotel at all; it's a privately owned hotel run by Indians. The hot water and coffee dispensers at the front desk were completely cold. I checked in at 2 AM, thinking it was because I was late and the water was cold, but it was still cold the next morning, indicating that it's completely unmanaged. The whole place was under repair; the kitchen stove was rusty, the sofa was also rusty, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, and the sheets made me itchy all night. I do not recommend it."

"Staff was not the friendliest but did work with us even though we booked through trip. Com but it said nothing about the their platform not using trip.com and it didn't knock it off since I didn't lose no deposit yet he has to pay deposit and so that we can no longer be strip that come there in fact the next morning they said they no longer accept online reservations"
