Günübirlik Bursa turunda tercih ettik. Otel Konum olarak doğrudan turistik bölgelere yürüme mesafesinde olmasa da araçla çok yakın. Gürültü olmaması için böyle tercih etmiştik ki doğru tercih ettiğimizi anladık. Konum itibariyle huzurlu bir yer. Çalışanlar ***et yardım sever kişiler. Açık büfe kahvaltısı yeterli. Verandasında oturup dinlenmek için iyi. Kaldığımız oda ***et kullanışlı ve temizdi. Banyoda musluğun üzerine diş fırçası vs koymak için küçük bir raf koyarsanız; daha iyi olur. Bir de camları kapatıp açarken kornişler camlara çok yakın olduğundan biraz zorlanıyor. Tekrar bir Bursa seyahati düşündüğümde tercih edebileceğim bir nokta oldu.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

Прекрасный отель в тихом и зелёном месте. Чистый, просторный номер, много светильников, кровать king size, журнальный стол, два кресла,, белоснежные простыни. До центра города полчаса пути (дойти до остановки и доехать на любом автобусе). Уборка каждый день. Приятные люди на ресепшн. Есть своя термальная баня, где можно заказать индивидуальное парение за 500 лир.

Otel tertemizdi, çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Çay saati ve ikramlar beklediğimizden çok daha iyiydi ve lezzetliydi. Şefin ellerine sağlık. Spa bölümünde sessiz alan yaratılmış olması çok iyi bir düşünce, ancak bu bölümde bir kez 3-4 yaşlarında çocuklu bir aile, bir kez de havuza bombalama atlayış yapan enteresan misafirlerle karşılaştık, neyse ki eğlenceleri (!) çok uzun sürmedi. Belki spa bölümünün içinde ara ara bu gibi durumları denetleyen ve ihtiyaç halinde uyarı yapan bir personel olsa iyi olabilir. İkinci olarak, spa bölümünde her yer aşırı sıcaktı. Su zaten oldukça sıcak, buhar odası, sauna vs. de kullanıyoruz, bunun üzerine ortam sıcaklığı da 30-35 derecelerde olunca biraz bunaltıyor. Bir de iki havuzun sıcaklığı da yüksek, sadece sessiz alandaki jakuzi biraz daha serin, keşke bunun yerine bir termal havuz bir de normal havuz olsaydı. Otel çevresinde yeme-içme, market, taksi vs. seçenekleri mevcut. Biz arkadaş grubu olarak gittik ve harika vakit geçirdik. Yeniden gitmeyi kesinlikle düşüneceğim bir otel. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

Ailece kaldığımız otelde genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli ve temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Konum olarak uludağ yakın ve bursa'ya üst bakan bir manzarası var. Otopark yetersiz kalıyor anladığım kadarıyla o yüzden dışarı park ettim birkaç sefer. Onun dışında bir tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldir.
