Расположен в 12-15 минутах ходьбы от ж.д. станции Хаконе Юмото. Отель старенький. Заселяли полдня, не могли найти наше бронирование через trip.com, пришлось обратиться в службу поддержки. Выдают юкаты (одинаковые для мужчин и женщин). Брали тематический ужин и завтрак, очень понравилась тонко нарезанная говядина кобе, которая готовиться на горелке на столе. Остальные закуски не понравились. Обслуживание очень медленное, заказанное пиво ждали двадцать минут и принесли только после напоминания. Просили в качестве гарнира рис, но его так и не принесли. Онсен раздельный, крытый бассейнчик и два чана одноместных на балконе. В понедельник людей было мало. Как опыт пойдет, но больше сюда не вернёмся, поищем что то посовременнее.

Everything is quite easy as expected with guidelines. It's near to the kawasaki station. Service staff is really good. Everything is provided even the sauna and hot spring bath is really good. large Luggage locker is provided. If you have a huge luggage there is a separate coin locker inside. A Restaurant and a leasure area is available with books and mangas I think. English speaking guidance is available. Pretty much Affordable compared to other capsule rooms. 4.8/5

位置真的很方便，醒了走去搭登山電車才幾分鐘，完美避開人流大部隊，早餐我也愛吃，意麪沙拉小孩好愛吃。就是温泉差點意思，沒浴衣，浴巾設備，略有點舊了。但整體很好

We had so much fun!!! It is not far from Fujisawa Station and there are many convenient stores, restaurants, karaoke, KFC, McDonald's, Donki and etc.

Minulla ei ollut suuria odotuksia, kun päätin jäädä tänne. Se oli vain hotelli yöksi, mutta saavuttuani tajusin, että tämä paikka tarjosi minulle paljon yllätyksiä täällä oli luonnollisia kuumia lähteitä, mutta en odottanut, että voit käydä kylvyssä, ja kuumat lähteet ovat erittäin hyviä. Toinen yllätys on, että ennen kuin tulin tänne, ajattelin löytää Hakonesta paikan, josta voisin nähdä Fuji-vuoren, en odottanut näkeväni sen hotellin laiturilta, jossa on laaja näkymä ja kaunis kuvakulma. The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Across the street is a beautiful Italian glass museum with a very nice garden and a restaurant that serve great Italian food. The hotel however is in the middle of nowhere and you need to take a bus to get to the closest town 30 minutes away. The taxi is quite expensive so I opted for the bus. If you want to go to see Mount Fuji it is a little an hour away from the hotel with bus changes to be made.

Central location right beside bus interchange and odawara station for JR ride back to Osaka, shopping centre and food are all nearby in the vicinity. Room is clean, public bath is available and good breakfast spread buffet style. 1800 yen 3pm to 11am next day parking at minaka basement. Can drive to Hakone or southern peninsula shizuoka for sightseeing. View of odawara castle from roof top restaurant.

O hotel foi maravilhoso para nossa família! Adoramos o Onsen, depois de uma jornada de viagens, foi muito relaxante! Tem ”café da manhã” estilo comida japonesa, self service e bem servida. A única coisa é que poderia deixar mais claro na descrição dos ”quartos individuais”: na verdade são ”cápsulas”, talvez colocar fotos além da descrição, com mais detalhes. Fazia parte do planejamento da família ter uma experiência deste tipo, mas acabamos não reservando hotéis cápsulas no nosso roteiro de viagem. Para minha família foi uma surpresa muito agradável e única!

A very pleasant visit to kind, simple and peaceful people. I like a lot the location of the homestay, out of the center, up hill, need to move your ass to reach it. The hottest onsen I’ve been haha but also the most comfy as it’s private. I miss Rum already, what a nice dog, same as all the staff. A really worthy stop in Hakone with local people who feel real in an area full of tourism. Thanks a lot for taking care of my bags after my check in, those gestures are the ones that really count!

The location is very convenient, near the JR station. The onsen is clean but it is very small. The staff are helpful and help us a lot about our lost item. Free drink provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.
