The hotel's covered parking area has limited capacity, but there is a large open parking space conveniently located just across the road. Remember to present your parking ticket to the receptionist each time you arrive at the hotel! 🛍️ The hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive from the main shopping and dining district. Plus, there are several convenience stores right across the street for your late-night snacks. 😋🌙

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel management was excellent, and the room was in great condition. I want to give a special mention to Miss Gotanda 五反田, who guided me after check-in. Her detailed explanations and warm smile set a positive tone even before I checked in. The hotel's hot spring overlooks Sakurajima volcano, enjoy hot spring while watching the sunrise was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely come back again next time.

大病治療を終えてのお疲れ会での宿泊でした。体調が良くない父親の為早めにチェックインしたにも関わらず早めに入室させて頂き親切な対応に有り難いでした。ウェルカムドリンクやお菓子もホッとひと息してよかったです。お料理も工夫されて見た目も綺麗でとても美味しいでした。何と言っても職員の方々の優しさ丁寧に応待して頂き気持ち良かった。欲を言えばお風呂までの階段にスロープあればと、お部屋のトイレがちょっと狭くて使い難かったかな？と。皆んなゆっくりできとても気持ちよく出発できた。ありがとうございました。

I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

1泊、宿泊させていただきました。 砂むし温泉（砂楽）からも徒歩3分ほどで 立地も良かったです。 チェックも際も設備を丁寧に 説明してくださりました。 何より源泉掛け流しの温泉付きというところが良かったです♨️ 夕食も品数多く、名産の鰹やきびなご美味しかったです。 地元の焼酎利右衛門も初めて呑んだのですがどこかフルーティな味がして飲みやすかったです🍶 宿近くに足湯もあるので夜は散歩がてらに 浸かりに行くのもオススメです！ 指宿観光での写真を載せてます、参考にどうぞ♪

Our stay at Kirishima Onsen Ryokojin Sanso was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautifully situated on a hill and easily accessible by car. The spacious rooms and amazing onsen facilities were impressive, especially the private outdoor onsen in the forest, which we enjoyed in the evening when it was dark – a truly phenomenal experience. The authentic food was another highlight, beautifully presented and truly delicious. We highly recommend Kirishima Onsen Ryokojin Sanso for anyone seeking a serene and authentic Japanese onsen experience.

밝고 기분 좋은 접객과 맛있는 식사가 있고, 알칼리 온천의 품질이 매우 좋습니다. 무거운 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르는 일은 쉽지는 않지만 기꺼이 감수할 만한 곳입니다. 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

今回の宿泊は、友達と2人で日頃の疲れを癒そうと宿泊場所に選びました。部屋も広くて綺麗で食事も美味しく温泉最高でした。2人で楽しく過ごせて癒されました♪チェックアウトして、霧島神宮も近いのでお参りしてパワースポットにも行き、霧島を満喫して帰りました。また来ようね♪と話しました。ありがとうございました。

My expectation is to have a bathroom inside and a private Onsen in the afternoon and morning. But hotel policy provides only private Onsen in the afternoon. The hotel food is perfect and has a nice taste. A staff can speak English very well and is helpful.

お部屋、大浴場はもちろんですが各所の清掃が行き届いていてとても快適でした。何よりも、ホスピタリティの高さは、最近の宿泊施設ではなかなかない程のものでした。Front、Restaurant、Shop、館内で作業なさっていた清掃の方々、全てのホテリアのみなさんのServiceのみならず、いつでも素敵な挨拶でとても気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 病気の母とのとても素敵な旅になり、家族一同、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。必ずまた帰りたいと感じます😊
