Love it. Restaurant staff and check in staff are awesome. The hallway smells good. Room is great. We love it. The view is just amazing. Dinner at night at the restaurant is worth it

*****jak 2024 Ga boleh masuk OFURO/ONSEN/HOTSPRING tuk tamu daily, padahal itu ditulisnya sebagai fasilitas lohh.. hak kami lohh.. tp kami ga boleb pake.. Kami yg menginap kesini alasan utama cuma 1: Ada ofuro, kenapa suka sama ofuro?? karena kami sering gunakan ketika di jepang.. Cara pakai dll sudah paham. Lucunya, teman kami yg 2 minggu sblmnya nginep sini pun sempat dibolehin masuk ofuro dan masih di 2024 loh.. Aneh kan?? Apa diskriminasi atau gmn ya?? Kalo mmg tamu long stay tdk berkenan dgn tamu daily, dan condotel pun ga bs kasih servis yg memadai, baiknya le premiere DITUTUP AJA untuk daily (condotel) nya dan jd full semua long stay..

Management have to add ATM machine at hotel because your expensive deposit, nowadays not all people have cash or CC, or you have to easier your consumer ex. Qris/transfered mode payment is ok and easy refundable.

We recently booked both the Cherokee Tent and Willy’s Tent for our stay. In terms of room decoration, amenities, and facilities, everything was well prepared and met our expectations. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The tents are located quite close to nearby mosques, so the morning prayers were loud enough to wake us up, and we couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. Additionally, the tents’ design doesn’t offer much soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests walking by. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was unique and memorable. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a different kind of stay.

Stayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.

It is a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive too the amount of choices is huge. Location is convenient too that its nearby to some leisure zone. Will come again definitely !!

Located near to Paris Van Java, about 200-300 meters from the hotel. Community gardens opposite with weekend activities. Wide spread of local dishes for breakfast.

The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

I really love everything about this hotel. I stayed in the studio room and the view was amazing and you can even see the mountains from there. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my visit. Breakfast was great with so many choices. The location is also perfect, not far from the city center, and you can walk to a nice park nearby. Plus, it’s right on Riau Street, so there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The reception staff were super friendly and kind too.

Location was perfect, in the middle of karawang city and surround by malls. Parking area not so big but fair enough. The room odor not quite good, but the ameneties of pillow was great.
