超級好，完全超預期！回家路過洛陽，想着逛逛龍門石窟，就近幾家店裡看這家店圖片很不錯又最便宜、就決定來試試，沒想到這麼好🥰首先服務很好、真誠熱情周到，其次裝修、硬件設施也比同價格的全季之類的精緻講究，關鍵早餐出品也很用心、這就很不容易了！早餐品種不算多，但是樣樣用心，能吃出來選材好以及烹飪的用心，我這個嘴挑的人都能吃飽吃好光盤、這個憑良心説很不容易，不像現在很多店粗製濫造充數的多、可入口的少，早餐的誠意真的把我感動到了，當即決定一定要給店家認真點評一下。我們全家都愛出遊，每年上到亞特蘭蒂斯瑰麗悦榕莊下到橘子水晶之類的各種酒店住得很多，像這家性價比這麼高還絕對水準做到這個程度的很少見，真心好評真誠推薦！

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Room was clean and the view was just as nice as expected. English skills of the employees are very limited but communication works out as everyone was doing their best :-) When you have an issue like 4 people will try to take care of it. The A/C on our room didn't work (the fridge also didn't work) and the employees and ourself spent like 1-2h in total but haven't been able to fix it. The next day they tried again and in the end we changed the room. Gym is great but external I guess so you have to bring your own towel otherwise they charge 20 RMB (but in China nobody uses towels anyway). It also closes at 08:30pm which is a pity. Breakfast is okay but ends at 09:30am which is pretty early as well o.O You can walk to Zhongyue temple, there are small restaurants around and the view is great so we liked the location. The best aspect of the hotel is the friendly employees.

Huoneiston puhdistushenkilökunta oli kaunis ja erittäin hyödyllinen ja meillä oli myös vastaanottomies. Oli ilmeistä, että henkilöstö työskentelee kovasti tehdä parhaansa kun otetaan huomioon hotellin ja kylpylätilan. Hotelli ja kylpyhuone ovat kyllästyneet ja molemmat paikat tarvitsevat kasvot nostoa. Esimerkiksi huoneemme vesialue ja ympärys oli kaikki väritön, kuten seinä ovella, ja oli näkyviä vapaita langoja ja kaikki puutarha kasvit kuolivat. Hotellin kuntien alueet matkailuun oli helppoa. Kylpylä oli murtunut ja värittömät tiilet, paljon lehtiä veteen ja flunssat olivat suljettu. Molemmat voisivat olla suuria investoinneilla.

朋友推薦來的，果然絕絕子！酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，服務很温馨熱情，辦理入住很迅速，主動推薦了當地好吃的 好玩的地方，還送了小朋友零食 糖果，基本上有求必應，主要是房價也實惠，停車方便，地上地下停車場都有，不用擔心停車問題，門口就是充電樁，快充慢充都有，温泉水絕對正宗，洗完澡皮膚光光滑滑的，住的很滿意，已經推薦朋友們了，下次還會再來的

預訂該酒店是是臨時起意，所以訂的時候看的沒太仔細。忠誠建議：帶娃的家庭不要選！房間極其小！ 設施：房間極其小，慎重考慮！介紹的面積顯示 40，其實是包含户外的面積，一進屋站兩個人就滿了，真的滿了！衞生間衹能容納一個人！小到什麼程度呢，比如房間內沒有地方放電視機，一進門衹有一個小小的電視櫃，連本應該在衞生間放置的洗漱用品都沒地方而被放置到該區域！ 衞生：整體看着感覺還是可以的，但是床單上有不明液體！如圖所示 環境：有一説一，環境和服務還是可以的，綠化和户外整體很棒，服務人員的態度也很好，無論是客房，温泉區域，還是入住。 另外，小户型的樹屋我們也住過，但這個實在太小了！隔壁的冰雪酒店比這個簡直不要好太多！ 總結：温泉可以，入住酒店的該房型實在沒必要，親子游實在需要入住，請選擇該酒店其他房型，或者隔壁的冰雪酒店。

Puisto on kokonaisuudessaan hyvä ja sopii hyvin lähelle luontoa. Kylpyauto on myös paikalla, jokainen palvelija on erittäin innokas, huoneen sängyssä olevat tavarat ovat puhtaat, kaikki tavarat ovat täydellisiä, huoneen maan hygienia on hyvin huolellinen, palvelu on hyvä. Paristojen tilat ovat täydelliset, elokuvateatteri, kahvila, lämmin kokemus on hyvä, paljon uima-altaita, ruoka on myös hyvää, voin tilata ruokaa huoneessa ja grilli: -). yöllä 🈶 Tulenfestivaali, ilmapiiri on hyvä, erittäin onnellinen! Kokemus on hyvä, seuraavalla kerralla kokemus on hyvä.

酒店位置好找，有地上地下停車場。前台服務人員熱情，辦理入住快捷。房間乾淨衞生，很寬敞，配有沙發，衞生間乾濕分離乾淨無異味，入住後送了銀耳羹梨粥，很好喝，還送了梨、聖女果水果。浴缸為獨立浴間，配有一次性浴缸套，乾淨衞生。熱水充足，24小時供應。早餐豐富，品種多。周邊有小吃，葯店，銀行。

服務很好，前台小妹妹提前就打電話告知什麼時間房間收拾好了可以過來辦入住還給拿行李箱，進入房間裏也給介紹設施，泡私湯還給提前清洗了池子鋪一次性塑料布，還帶花瓣，拍照很好出片，尤其前一天我去爬了老君山，泡完感覺都沒那麼累了，早上還帶了早餐挺好吃的，因為火車是二點多的，前台小妹妹還給免費延遲到二點退房，很滿意的一次出行！推薦！

設施：不錯，房間很大。給我們選的房間特別好，層高窗户大，但是不吵，温度也很合適。 衞生：很乾凈，整潔 環境：洗澡水又大又熱，很舒適！ 服務：很周到熱情！提供很多服務！ 退房時給了伴手禮一個杯子一個小熊！一瓶温水，棒棒噠！下次還來住！👍🏻
