The hotel is nice and new. Room also good and spacious at this price. Comfortable stay. But during my stay, my room air-conditioning was happened in water leak. After the technician maintain, and leak again. Eventually they changed a room for me. The breakfast buffet is nice. Keep up the good job. Must stay in price competitive.

Not aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room. Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner. Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too. Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience.

I chose Jinhold Hotel for a short trip to Miri, and it turned out to be a smart, no-fuss choice. Nestled in a quiet yet accessible neighbourhood, it offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience. First Impressions & Location The hotel makes a good first impression with its modern, clean exterior. Its location is a strong point. The Miri City Centre, Imperial Mall and the famous Waterfront are just a short ride away. The Room: Compact & Comfortable My Standard Room was compact but very well-designed. It had everything I needed: · A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens. · A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity). · A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels. · A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower. · Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water. Services & Facilities The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out. · Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming. · Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief.

Pro: Room is very spacious, comfy beds, strong water pressure, comes with bathtub & toilet amenities, bathrobe & clean towels, diff TV channels available, stable WiFi. Good location with ample car parks available. Swimming pool is great, kids love it! Con: Not sparkly clean, just fine, pillows have stains if covers are removed, car park elevators & hotel room elevators are separated, AC just okay, not that cold, external windows are dirty, kinda run down a little bit, still have rooms for improvement as an “upscale/premium” hotel chain.

Oluen hinta on kaksi kertaa korkeampi, joten suosittelen ostamaan muutaman... Itse asiassa pysyn vain hotellissa enkä mene ulos... Kansankylä ja Damai Beach ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, joten voit mennä ulos, jos sinulla on tylsää... Kuchingin matkallani. Itse asiassa se oli parasta. Tämä on paikka, jossa haluan yöpyä muutaman yön, kun perheeni tulee... Veden laatu on yleensä punainen Malesiassa, mutta kun laitoin veden kylpyammeeseen, se näytti hieman sameammalta... Hilton Kuchingia tulisi pitää ainoana vaihtoehtona Kuchingin viiden tähden hotellien joukossa. Läheinen Pullman on suunnilleen samalla tasolla ja kaksi askelta alempana. Hiljattain rakennettu Sheraton on hieman kauempana eikä näe Kuchingin jokinäkymän ja parlamentin olemusta . Ensinnäkin hotellin palvelun laatu on erittäin korkea. Asuin alun perin tavallisessa huoneessa ilman näkymää joelle tai parlamentille. Kävellessäni totesin, että Kuchingin paras yönäkymä on joki näkymä parlamentille. Palasin keskustelemaan pukuhuoneista henkilökunnan kanssa, joka kärsivällisesti auttoi minua vaihtamaan huonetta. Huone vaihtui lopulta tyydyttäväksi. Hotellin kuntosalipalvelut ovat hyvät ja aamiainen runsas ja monipuolinen. Hotellihuoneet ovat hiljattain remontoituja eikä hajua ole. Kylpyhuone ja suihkuhuone hieman pienempiä.Koska huone on uusi, hygienia näyttää hyvältä👍

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with fresh linens and good amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and felt safe. Overall, it was good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again.

To best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts. You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas. The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room. The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them. I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!
