This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. 

The room was cleaned and friendly staff. However, I think the price was too expensive and I checked in at night though the key card was issued for the room that someone else already in it. So we have to come down to get another room. It was on a fifth floor but we were down to the 3rd floor next to the HVAC unit outside which was loud. It was not a bad stay or service but I wish it was better for $199. I wish we get a better room for that price.

酒店很乾凈，衞生做的非常好，早餐算不算豐富？對我來講夠了，在這邊衹住了一個晚上，趕赴下一個行程，周邊吃飯還都蠻方便的。

They didn’t clean the room because they claimed that it wasn’t included with my booking agreement 🤷🏻♂️

VERY VERY GREAT HOTEL

We had nice stay. Hotel is closer to Chicago airport as well. Near by 7/11. Couldn’t try food there but over great experience. Will definitely visit again.

Service was fast and friendly and the environment/ neighborhood it was in was very posh and elegant. Very close to many places we’ve never been to before. Yummy breakfast at honey jam and it was right next a crumbl cookie! Can you tell we are from Ohio yet? Also highly recommend if you want a travel tattoo noodles tattoo was only a 5ish minute drive from the hotel and all of their staff was also amazing. Just expressing that this was a very good stay and will be back in the near future

Hotel was dated and in some some spots in disrepair. Peeling wallpaper, no elevators (only 2 floors), somewhat dingy. Plus in the evening the hallways reeked of ********* smoke/smell even though signage was posted as to no smoking, *********, etc. Did not expect this based on the community and the location of the hotel. For the price, hotel just ok...... Was surprised that each evening we were there the hotel seemed to be at capacity. We will not return to this hotel.
