We were missing body wash and never got it taken up. But hotel food was good and loved the aviance. Some loud people at 3am but other then that everything was great

El joven que estuvo en recepción el 19 de julio, por la noche, no es amable en lo absoluto. Desconoce de elemental educación y hasta capacitación para ese puesto.
Es la primer cara que ven los huéspedes al llegar para que no salude, no sonría, no de bienvenida.
Se limita a preguntar si se tiene reservación, el nombre del huésped; a entregar la llave y decir el número de habitación. Eso es todo. Deja muchísimo qué desear en cuanto a amabilidad y cordialidad.
Las instalaciones bien en general, a excepción de la puerta de cristal de la entrada. Una puerta de 2 hojas de cristal enormes, que deberían ser automáticas, pero que no funcionan y ponen a los huéspedes a estarlas abriendo y cerrando (con mucho esfuerzo), cada vez que requieran entrar o salir del hotel.
Los 6 días de mi estancia, tuve que estar arrastrándolas para abrirlas y cerrarlas cada vez que necesité salir o entrar del hotel.
Es increíble que no las hayan podido reparar, o mínimamente, dejarlas abiertas para que los huéspedes pudieran entrar y salif con facilidad y no tener estar batallando.
Eso deja muy mala impresión del hotel.
Los desayunos muy ricos y bien servidos.
La camarera muy amable, limpia y bien hecha en su trabajo.

The hotel is in a good safe location the staff was good the hotel is clean it is an older looking hotel by the looks of the inside there are lots of families at the location and a nice pool . I would recommend bringing your own soap as there is extremely drying .

The place was alright for sleeping and resting. Rooms were clean and properly equipped with tv, clean bed sheets and comforters, a blow dryer and working ac. The free breakfast was ok too, nothing fancy but fresh. Price rate was reasonable for what the hotel offered.

Si me gusto' mucho nada mas que cercas del baño esta un espejo que se deja ver por los que estan en la recamara osea se necesita mas privacidad otra cosa nos dio un poco de frio como que no nos sirvio el heather pero Todo lo demas esta super bien muy moderno y elegante volvere sin duda es mi hotel en Mexicali desde aqui en adelante ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯recomendado

VVinny MontagWell, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe really enjoyed our stay with a few minor exceptions. Unfortunately the TV in our room didn’t work eventhough it was connected to wifi. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to use our personal phones. The shower head is a rainfall type, but the water sprayed out in all directions instead of straight down which made it a little tricky to shower. The rooms have a system in which the room key is required to have electricity in the whole room. If you take it off, everything turns off. That means you can’t leave things charging unless you get a second key? We also were told that we could check out later the day off, but that was not an option because the hotel was so booked.
Even though there were a few icks, it was overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The bed is comfortable, the sheets smell great, the rooms are very clean, and the building is beautiful! It has a 5ft pool and a small jacuzzi (no bubbles) just warmer water than the pool. Pool water is great temperature. There is also a spa and massage services on the very first floor! Overall a nice place and I’d recommend it!

Useimmat henkilökunnat puhuvat jonkin verran Englanti ja ne sallivat vierailijan(t). Se sijaitsee lähellä tarpeeksi kävellä yöllä paikkoja mutta tarpeeksi kaukana saada hyvää yötä lepoa.
Bad: sängy ei ole suurin ja pesu ei katta koko matriisi. suihku on lämmintä vettä, huone on perusluonteinen rajoitetuilla kanavilla TV.
Gym: kuntosali on tyhjä. Kaikki on rikki. Canvas katto on köyhä kun se näyttää pian romahtavan sadeveden keräämisestä. Lattiat epseem ovat aina likaisia ja seinät huoneiden välillä ovat ohut. Hinta nousee viikolla ja kiinteistöjen kokonaismäärä näyttää heikkenevän.

KKaren Elizabeth BiowBooked a premier room and was very disappointed. Room gave my and my pal respitory problems. Found a dirty cup behind the bed. No fridge in room. Very small ice bucket . Too Toooo many kids in the pool so unable to use it. Location of my room was 150 meters from the lobby. No escaltor or elevator to get to second floor rooms. The rooms all need a make over. Rooms also have dark lights . Hotel was too cheap light hotel room properly. View was AWFUl and in an inner court room!!I would NOT return to this hotel. Not worth the money!

The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay.
