"Great historic hotel! Excellent location, about an 18 minutes walk to Boston Common. Great customer service, and check-in was quick and smooth. Even though the bathroom is shared, I really liked the layout. The toilet, shower, and sink are all in one private space, unlike many hostels where the sink is communal and the toilet and shower are separate. The toilets are constantly cleaned, and the rooms are also very clean and well maintained. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning work perfectly. The gym is definitely a plus, and the free Halloween candies were a delightful touch! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again."

"Just for a transit spending one night. Plus: room was wide and comfortable. bathroom also wide, with enough towels. Coffee bag was provided, maybe free of charge. Breakfast starts from 6am, which was actual not so bad. Location a bit far from airport but 10 minutes or so drive. Minus: bar on the day arrived closed at 9pm (information said it is open till 10pm). No bar and restaurant nearby the hotel. there was a pantry but just selling crisp (at 5 US dollars!) and detergent only. AC was old fashioned."

"I left my necklace that means a lot to me in the bathroom before checking out, the hotel housekeeper would definitely see it but obviously took it. I rushed back to hotel front desk to hoping that I would get it back but nope , very disappointing and heartbroken cos the necklace means so much to me regardless its money value( Tiffany ) ."

"I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. "free shuttle to airport is great 1min walk to train and silverline station which saves the need to pay extra to stay in downtown though might take additional 20min to go in town but also can just take the train to Salem which is convenient right across from a fbi building so assume it is top safety level though it gets a bit eerie at night as no one walking outside. room is big just can hear the train honking every time it approaches which is a bit noisy also a bit more walk further there is a supermarket and burger king which is great"

"I booked only one night staying before lengthy AirBnB. This hotel located quite closer to LOGAN Airport. Sinnce other Airport Hotels are much expensive, it is great choice for staying, especially for travel logistics. 1st floor snack bar was very helpful, even I arrived after midnight.~＞"

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel downtown, offering cozy and comfortable rooms, a modern ambiance, and a cool bar to socialize. If you come by car, the best parking option is Tufts garage located just behind the hotel (daily parking rate was $45 as of 2025). The hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel

I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Boston. First of all, the hotel is spotlessly clean — everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that kept everything neat and fresh throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I especially appreciated their support in handling a delivery I was expecting from Amazon — they went out of their way to make sure I received it smoothly. One of the best features of this hotel is the large parking area right in front of the building. Compared to other hotels in Boston, the parking fee was much more affordable, which made a big difference for me. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with excellent service and great value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

Hi there!
Location of hotel is great! Near to Newbury shopping street and Prudential subway station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and housekeeping was good too. Only negative experience was I can hear other guest rooms doors opening and slamming close early in the morning. Other than that, my entire experience was awesome in the very comfortable room!
