Hôtel en extérieur de Turin mais pratique d’accès en voiture. Parking gratuit devant l’hôtel et payant à l’intérieur. Accueil sympa, hôtel propre et petit déjeuner correct. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande pour un week-end si vous avez une voiture pour vous déplacer.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel im Stil der Jahrhundertwende also erwartet keine modernen Zimmer, es hängen überall  Gemälde was den  Charme des Hotels unterstreicht. Leider ist der Badebereich abgesperrt und sehr klein, für wirkliche Schwimmer nicht unbedingt geeignet. Es gibt nur eine Treppe um in den See zum schwimmen zu gehen. Die Preise an der Hotelbar sind nichts für den normalen Geldbeutel und auch außerhalb des Hotels in den Restaurants vor allem am Wasser stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht, ich würde sogar soweit gehen das es einwenig mit Kantinenessen vergleichbar ist…. Einen schönen Urlaub allen 🙋🏽♂️

Sorprendente. La realtà supera le foto del sito.Camere spaziose con bagno grande e letto molto comodo anche nella versione doppia standard. Ampio parcheggio e varia ed abbondante colazione a buffet degna di nota. Un tre stelle abbastanza recente,tenuto bene e con prezzo più che accettabile.Camera non vista in lontananza del Castello di Rivoli...il giorno la vista è meno romantica ma non è quello il targhet

Отличный отель в самом сердце Турина.
Отель расположен прямо в центре города. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Также можно дойти до набережной и парка рядом. У нас был просторный номер хорошего качества. Да, он не новый и немного обшарпанный, но в очень хорошем состоянии. Кровать удобная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Хотя если будут рекомендовать пойти в ресторан напротив - не ходите ) В отеле нет парковки, но есть договоренность с гаражом в 5 минутах пешком. Нам понравилось наше проживание. Единственный большой минус - в отеле проводят ремонтные работы, которые очень шумные и начинаются в 9 утра. Поэтому, если вы любите поспать, то вам лучше поискать альтернативу.

首先，值得認可的是酒店房間的佈局和舒適性。但作為希爾頓酒店，我認為它不符合條件。
第一點：當我們到達時，酒店門口沒有人幫忙開門和幫忙拿行李。衹有接待員站在遠處等我們，我們不得不把箱子抬過很多台階才能辦理入住手續。當我們完成入住後，接待處不知道從哪裡喊來了一位工作人員幫忙推行李，但那個工作人員彷彿並不願意來幫我推行李，因為他甚至想把所有行李箱都推進我在的電梯裏而他自己轉身離開，但是由於電梯無法容納他沒有成功。
第二點，房間沒有及時打掃。一天早上，我在出去之前掛了需要清洗的卡片。結果，當我們下午回來時，我們發現房間沒有打掃，所以我們不得不去前台説請幫我打掃房間。
第三，當我們退房時，前台系統和工作人員都很困惑。我在預訂時付款了全額房費。當我退房時，工作人員要求我再次付款房價，這讓我很困惑，但她很快就被她的經理攔住了。

Hotel ideal si no quieres entrar en Turín. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y cerca para salida directa a las carreteras. Es hotel para parejas que quieren intimidad pero también hay familias. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso superior que tenía ascensor para entrar en la habitación directamente desde la calle…como curiosidad

This hotel is less than 5minutes away from Turin airport and 30minutes away from Turin train station. The location is very convenient for travelers who need to layover in Turin. The room we stayed is clean and quiet.The hotel offers a hearty breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

If there would be 6 stars for a facility it would go to this hotel. Great team that runs the place, Amazing large rooms, italian design in good taste, superb breakfeast included , available parking. City centre location and in easy walking distance . Book directly with the hotel website. Surprisingly Better pricing. Highly highly reccomended...cant ask for more

Annoyingly, the gym was out of commission for my entire stay with no indication when it would be reopened, and I was unfortunately near the lift. Breakfast was good, love the pineapples and coffee in the morning.

VVieraskäyttäjäHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻

RRM84Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner.
The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for.
Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.

SSalvaT.My stay at Tenuta Moncarlino was terrific; everything was perfect from the moment I arrived.
This place is nestled in the small hills of Monferrato and I had the chance to walk in the big park of the site by enjoying the uncontaminated nature of the place.
Paolo, the host, was available to satisfy my every need by recommending excellent restaurants and local attractions to visit. I found the Bollente of Acqui Terme wonderful where very hot water flows from the fountain located in the center of the central square of the city.
What more can I say: the superb breakfast, cleanliness, kindness and relaxation. I highly recommend Tenuta Moncarlino.

VVirginiaHThe hotel is located at the heart of happenings, restaurants, museums, exhibitions and shopping malls. The building is historical, the interior is with modern minimalist design with a touch of classics, such as its beautiful wooden floor and doors.
The hotel staff is super friendly. From front desk, restaurant & bar and housekeeping, everyone has a warm smile and gives a happy ”Buongiorno” every day and to all guests. The Hotel Indigo is a boutique hotel with a big warm heart !

The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.
