很舊的酒店，設施和裝修真的太舊了。很多用起來非常不好用，下水會堵，暖風聲音很大，隔壁有人放音樂。床真的很高，我要用爬上去的。 按金是50刀一晚，四晚就是200刀，有點離譜。不提供水，也沒有一次性洗漱用品。

Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

The Hotel Marcel was quite Modern and very aesthetically pleasing! Upon arrival, I could tell this hotel was full of charm and personality. I especially enjoyed my stay in a corner suite with a King bed. The bathroom was very luxurious and I felt as though it was something out of a magazine. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and affordable. If I had one gripe it would be that the interior of the room was very dim in lighting even when the lights were fully on (touch censored lighting was available). I wish more light was able to be in the room.

Excellent hotel, unique experience there, great room. Overall I would say it’s the best hotel in Hartford

Palvelu vastaanotto on ihana, sekä hotellin ja kuntosalin henkilöstö. Uima-allas ovat fantastisia: hyvin tilava kuntosalilla, suolavesialtaalla, kuuma tubilla, sauna, höyry ja täydellä golfkentällä. Toivottavasti olisin voinut jäädä enemmän yötä! Palaan varmasti.

酒店周邊環境很好，有教堂等可以轉轉，離鐵路站及超市都是不行距離，周邊也有餐廳，距離紐黑文和紐約都不遠。

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

Ympäristö ja kustannussuhde ovat hyvin kaakkois-alueella, syksyllä 1000 - noin viikonloppuna on todennäköistä, että ihmiset nousevat noin 1800:een. Aamiainen on hyvää ja kaunis ympäristö sopii itsekuljetukseen, mutta huomiota tarvitsee autoa. Ympäristöpuisto on ajokykyinen.
