"We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation."

"Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. "We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good."

Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

Services: the door to the bathroom was very tough, so tough that we did not manage to close it. Asked for help, engineer fixed something and it was a bit better, but still very hard to open and close.
We asked for daily housekeeping, but it was not done. We were forced to ask new towels urgently (need to take a shower fast to catch the next event).
Breakfast is average. It feels like everything except special menu is cooked somewhere and brought to the hotel - does not taste fully fresh. I have prepaid breakfast, but was charged for one (we stayed 2 nights). Now I am dealing with hotel to cancel this charge.
Very noisy fromplanes taking off and landing in Phoenix Sky Harbor.
As for amenities. They give you a pouch of lavender every evening and aromatic salt for shower - very nice.
Parking. When I booked it was stated $18 (+tax). In reality, it was $20+tax.
Honestly, for Marriott and 4 stars, this stay was in overall quite disappointing. I hope I will manage to fix my extra charges, but will think twice whether to book this hotel again.

It is affordable, therefore, as well as having a wonderful, funky vibe that my buddies and I love. It’s super ***, friendly, as well as being 420 friendly… Which means that while I don’t smoke ****, I enjoy the openness and adult only Ambience of the property. I love the pool area. It is super fun as well as the rooftop lounge. My only problem with this property is it is low on amenities as far as guest towels, lack of continental breakfast… Although the snacks that are free throughout your stay kind of make up for that. Also, they really should brighten up the bathrooms more. I stayed here are quite a few times in every bathroom has been very dim. There is also no ice machine… but you can get bags of ice from the front desk. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

LLee YoungSeokDuring my recent stay at The Westin Tempe, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always on hand with recommendations for local attractions. The in-house restaurant served delectable cuisine that truly showcased the region's flavors. I would highly recommend The Westin Tempe to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on my next trip.
