Amazing experience, the hotel and facilities are excellent and with a perfect location. The breakfast was great and the service from arrival to departure all the team members were excellent and professional. Well done to the management and team we will be back

Fizeram upgrade do quarto (para um com vista barragem do Alqueva, é de cortar a respiração a vista, o amanhecer e pôr-do-sol). Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado, sendo possível pedir outros tipos de ovos e cafés além do exposto. Possibilidade de usufruir da piscina após o checkout.

It took us a while to navigate in the town to find the hotel as google map wasnt very accurate. Im so glad for free parking at the hotel's basement garage as the town's parking was mainly for locals. Room was big and comfortable, making me wish that i have a longer stay here. I love the room layout! I am very appreciative of the body gel, shampoo, hand wash and body lotion provided as the scent is amazing. I do wish there is conditioner and toothbrush though.

Très bonne expérience, on recommande ! Personnel serviable et agréable, serviettes à disposition moyennant caution pour la piscine. L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu (ça vaut pour les chambres comme la piscine!). Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. La literie était excellente !!! On avait pas aussi bien dormi depuis longtemps, c’était comme être sur un nuage. Cet hôtel mérite amplement ces 4 étoiles.

Peaceful place, in an historic building, wonderful view from the hill to the castle walls and city. Book upper floors rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The pool area is comfortable, grass floor, umbrellas and chairs available. Breakfast is ok, enough choices. Indoor room, wish it would have seating outside.

Ótimas instalações e um atendimento muito personalizado. Os quartos muito bonitos e as camas bastante confortáveis. Adorámos o pequeno-almoço e a experiência em geral. Foi pouco tempo mas valeu a pena!

Tudo impecável exceptuando dificuldade na climatização do quarto . De resto recomendo!!

Hotel Horta da Moura is heel rustig gelegen. Er is een restaurant, een buitenzwembad, sportinfrastructuur en volop natuur beschikbaar. Toen ik aankwam werd ik door een vriendelijke jongedame verwelkomd. Ik kreeg een rondleiding, alle belangrijke informatie en werd naar mijn kamer begeleid. De kamer is heel ruim, heeft een badkamer met een bad en een douchedeur, een koelkast en een kluis. Het terras is aangenaam en groot genoeg en kijkt uit op een veld en een bos. Je hoort er de vogels 's morgens in de vroegte heerlijk fluiten. De kamer was proper en ordelijk. Er is koffie, thee en water beschikbaar. Ook stond er een gepersonaliseerde welkomstkaart en koekjes klaar. Je voelt je in dit hotel enorm welkom en dat kan je dus ook in de reviews lezen. In het restaurant had ik 's avonds een drankje besteld en kreeg daarbij gratis van het huis olijven en brood. Een vriendelijke ober heeft me bediend. Kortom een aangenaam verblijf hier in dit hotel. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden en wil het personeel hartelijk bedanken.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

O estacionamento não tinha nenhuma referência na marcação e só na chegada é que informaram que era por ordem de chegada. No WC instalaram uma prateleira de vidro sobre o lavatório ( de dimensões reduzidas) o que torna muito dificil alguns atos de higiene, nomeadamente lavar o rosto. O serviço de pequeno almoço era bom e com boa oferta mas tinha alguns tipos de produtos já com alguns dias, nomeadamente o pão de mistura com sementes.
